Our family travels a lot and has an idea about hotel service. But what happened to us at the Ramada Resort Side is beyond description. We have never seen such an attitude on the part of the administration, I ask you to note it from the side of the administration, people who solve customer issues, and not from the cleaners and waiters.

1) The staff showed complete disrespect for the rights of vacationers in the Russian Federation, saying that we are not interested in anything that you do in Russia, neither your rules, nor your laws, nor your papers.

You are not welcomed as a customer of a five-star hotel, you are not allowed to wait as a weary traveler from the road.

At the entrance, a fat young lady grabs you by the collar and pushes you away, which terrifies small children. The staff must keep their distance. After that, a female administrator appears, claiming that all children must wear masks, and the question is - why do vacationers do tests and everything else, if all Russian certificates have no role for Turkey?

The female administrator, I don’t know her name (quite thin with a bob haircut), also in an incorrect form did not grant us the right to check in.

Within a few hours we resolve this issue, despite the fact that we had no problems either at the airport or upon arrival at the airport. ONLY IN THIS HOTEL!

2) Nevertheless, to our horror, we settled in Ramada Resort Side, because we were not offered other options.

The first thing that catches your eye is construction around the entire perimeter of the hotel.

We agreed in advance with the tour operator that the hotel must have free good internet in order to be able to work and study.

5) Low-quality disco music that pounded in our wing and penetrated through the thin walls of the hotel right into our rooms interfered so much that it was not possible to talk on the phone.

6) In the dining room, there is no attention to a large family and to customers in general, overseers are watching you, as if you owe them all money.

7) The DJ, in a grubby red mask on his face, apparently works part-time in the dining room. Hamit and threaten clients.
8) At night, construction work is underway under the windows, asphalt is being laid.

9) The pool is naturally cold.

Thus, he greatly frightened the children, despite the fact that the elder was already in the dining room, from where he did not let him out.
This was the completion of all the problems after which we could no longer be within the walls of this ghetto.

Having checked out on 03/29/2021 a week earlier, we were forced to leave the hotel and fly to Russia.

The Turkish Hotel RAMADA RESORT SIDE has demonstrated the maximum ability to spoil the impression of the country, the people and the culture of its people.

Complete disrespect for the Russian tourist, to whom the hotel, in the face of its administration, showed arrogance in every gesture, and, as if retribution on innocent Russian tourists, annoyed them.
