The room is clean, comfortable, but again, 3 bedspreads instead of 4! Balcony: access to the road, on the one hand and better, no screams, horns, music, etc. etc. The meeting with the guide took place the next day, she asked to voice her claims (voiced), plus they personally wrote again to her number, reactions 0, tomorrow (08.20) we leave, the honey has not been changed, the light is like in a cellar, the cover has not been issued!
To all this, the air conditioner looks beautiful, in fact 0! They didn’t take families, and thank God otherwise they would have gone crazy, set 16 degrees, as a result, as 28 heat, after 2 days it leaked at 23/45, they immediately repaired it, an hour later it dripped again! They came to fix it the next day, they asked not to turn it on for 4 hours, after that it actually started to blow cold! Room 3212 (2nd floor) cleaning steadily began at 14/30, with a child it is quite inconvenient! (sleeps from 12-3), the mini-bar is replenished daily, but the guide says that only upon check-in, leave a tip, replenish.

For 7 days all the food is the same, no exotic, at 4 * I ate better, every day the same thing, turkey, chicken, rice, potatoes, pasta, just disgusting! Terrible queues, not enough tables! From fruits, green red apples, orange, plum, red green grapes, that's all!
The slide for adults is one of 2, again, the queue to the end of the stairs!
There are animations, everything is in Turkish, there is no Russian music! In Russian, nowhere, nothing!
Beach - umbrellas are very small, they do not save from the heat, very low, the beach is 200-300 meters naked then sand, the bus is very convenient, thank you!
The hotel is family, a lot of children, but a lot of NOOOOO!!!
Far from 5, solid 3 * yes, I do not advise, they were dissatisfied There are no green spaces at all, no one cares (there are a couple of small roses, bushes), the children's mini club is closed, but for adults please no no and no again! And yeah, air conditioners are not called at the reception and in the dining room at all, what is connected with it is understandable, it's terrible, you sit boiled !! ! Wi-fi is free, but disgusting, but it's better than nothing, the message is enough to write nothing more.
