We rested in the fourth (me, husband and two children 3 and 8 years old), traveled from 8 to 18 September 2018. We arrived late in the evening, almost at night, and immediately settled in room 308. At night, the room was not looked at, in the morning they saw that the wallpaper was torn, the room was dirty, the shower and toilet were dirty. For 9 days of rest, the room was cleaned 1 time. The towels weren't changed. Dirt in the corridors. The food in the dining room (you can't call it a restaurant) is quite normal. There are plenty to choose from. Every day fish, vegetables, side dishes, sweets and fruits. The territory of the hotel is quite beautiful and well-groomed. Lots of palms and conifers. The air is clean and beautiful. The pools are clean and decent. Pool bars are a separate issue, to get a cocktail, water or beer, you have to wait 15 minutes for the bartender, he is simply not there. There is NO music in the hotel!! ! At one pool with slides, music is turned on from 14:00 to 18:00, and then silence. Animation in the hotel no. At 21:00 the beginning of children's animation (so-so to be honest). Almost all the staff speaks Russian, including animators. Vacationers are all Russians (or Russian speakers). The road to the sea is gorgeous, beautiful, 7 minutes walk. The sea is warm and beautiful. People occupy sunbeds at 7 in the morning, we came to the beach at 9 and there were practically no free sunbeds. But we were lucky and we found them. The beach is on two hotels "Maya Golf" and "Maya World", so there are a lot of people. The entrance to the sea is sand and small pebbles. A couple of meters sharply deep. Bar on the beach. Lunch is served (nuggets, pasta, vegetables, burgers).
Bottom line: we were sorely lacking in music and animation. Boredom, even a wolf howl. If you "shove" a couple of active animators with microphones and music into the hotel, if you wash all the rooms and tidy up at least every other day, then the hotel will not even be bad.
