We rested in this hotel in 2008. It was a completely different level. And this is understandable, a new hotel, 80% of vacationers are Europeans. Now 80% is Ukraine, the remaining 20% ​ ​ is Russia, Belarus.
The hotel was worn out, the rooms became shabby, dead, without exaggeration. For hygiene products a couple of times themselves turned to the reception, when "cleaning" they were not reported. The dust was as it was at check-in, so no one has ever wiped it. There is no internet anywhere. Only paid, and then with me the woman complained that she had paid, but there was no connection. Our family (2 adults, 2 children rested) are not picky about our rest, the main sea (and it was gorgeous! ), Clean area and pools, fresh food. It is clear that red fish was not served, but it was scarce and the same thing. Often the food smelled sour, for dinner they served what was not eaten at lunch. Plates pretty much need to be selected from the stack in order to choose a clean one.
The air conditioners in the hotel do not turn on, the stuffiness is unbearable, sweat is dripping from the cooks in the restaurant. Near the pools there is dirt, drops of blood, leftover food. With us, only a couple of times they mopped the floors around the pools. There are clearly not enough workers, savings on everything. For public toilets, in general, I am silent, it is not possible to enter, both on the territory of the hotel and in the hotel itself. She put three stars over the sea, and the hotel workers themselves do not rate the current hotel higher than them.
