1. The food is disgusting, if 13-year-olds could be fed at least something, then there is no food for a 2-year-old. The hotel is not 16+, suitable for families, but there is no children's menu or what you can feed the kids with. In principle, the food is tasteless, sometimes sour.
2. The service is terrible, dirty rooms, even if there was a type of cleaning - they didn’t put water. We went to get our own water.
3. We arrived at the hotel between lunch and dinner, were terribly hungry after a long journey. They asked if it was possible to eat something - no, wait for dinner.
4. Towels in the so-called SPA - darkness, old and full of holes. The hamam was with a temperature of +35 (we went in from the scorching sun and cooled down), it stank of something rotten.
5. Entertainment program - "one-man show" (((((
