The rooms are small after repair, new furniture, refrigerator, air conditioning, LCD TV, hair dryer, in addition to the common bed there is a bunk bed, a balcony, a safe (without doors? ). Rooms are cleaned constantly, towels are changed, there is liquid and solid soap, there is toilet paper, if something runs out, they immediately add it. There is no shampoo. Household and plumbing work, warm water in the shower was. The room has 2 sockets free for use, many sockets in the lobby. The hotel staff understands a little Russian.
Cons of the hotel: this is a settlement and this is a constant problem with everyone. Immediately they will say there are no places, we will settle in another hotel. We arrived at 05:00, settled at 14:00 (according to the general rules for settling in hotels), put on the bracelets immediately, and we had breakfast at 7:30. Some vacationers were settled after 14.00, they sat at the reception in the heat, and who slept on the couch waiting for their room, someone was temporarily settled in rooms for employees where the plumbing did not work, the smell of sewage was then relocated with a fight. We were settled on the 1st floor, there was a smell of sewerage in the room, so the ventilation was constantly turned on all night and this problem was in many rooms on the 1st floor. The second trouble of the hotel is the restaurant, catering, there is practically no meat, they give every other day and for dinner, on the rest of the days there are semi-finished meat products, as for me there is no meat or at least. There are no sweets, they give jams, honey portioned DIPs of 70g each, 1 time in 8 days they gave croissants and shortbread cookies. From fruits: every day watermelon, apples 2-3 times in 8 days, bananas 1 time, and then they cut at least, probably, 5-6 pieces. Cheese, sausage (soy) is impossible.
Salads sour (most served repeatedly from the previous meal). In the morning, what you could eat is boiled eggs (they didn’t cook an omelet), buns, vegetable cuts, olives and so-so sausages in tomato sauce. The children ate french fries, they said it was not very tasty, I did not visit it. But what surprised me when a hotel that positions itself at 4 stars serves jacket potatoes and boiled beets cut into quarters (photo), I immediately thought the chef probably laughed a lot when he put it out for vacationers, this is just the bottom in catering and this was repeated not once, but 4-5 times in 8 days. They also served in the restaurant: rice, vermicelli, yogurt (kefir), grilled vegetables (peppers, eggplants, tomatoes), greens. From drinks: tea, from a machine (coffee, cappuccino, hot chocolate from powder), sweet drinks like Yuppies cannot be drunk. From 10 to 22 the bar worked - wine, vodka, beer, cola, sprite, prepared cocktails from the above plus syrup. There was no animation at all, they included popular songs at lunch, and she played until dinner.
We went to eat at another hotel (of this chain) Joker Side HiLL, the bracelets are the same, in this hotel the food was more varied, more assortment, fresher, better cooked and the main thing was meat (chicken, beef, sharma), fish, there was baklava from sweets, but not always (3 times served). In the evening, children's animation was held, after which various competitions for adults were held. Although this hotel has 3 stars, but the food is better. From the Joker Side HiLL hotel, vacationers came to our Joker Vista hotel for slides, a pool, and alcohol. And this migration of vacationers between hotels was constant.
Beach. Walk for 8-10 minutes, back you have to go uphill. The beach is sandy, located almost opposite the gendarmerie, there are identification flags. Sunbeds, umbrellas are free, but they need to be taken by the sea early in the morning, and at the end of the beach they were always free. The coast is very gentle. When we rested, there were areas with algae in the sea (photo) near the shore of our beach. You can lay a towel on the sand anywhere, no one will say anything.
A 30-minute walk from the hotel is the old city, I advise you to look, the entrance is free except inside the amphitheater and the museum. Also in the old town you can buy: clothes, shoes, bags, souvenirs, sweets, etc. you can bargain. In the center, before turning into the old city, on a circle near the flag, there is a cheap Sali Pazari supermarket, LC Waikiki store, McDonald's.
I would come to this hotel again if the price is lower, the service that is provided does not correspond to the declared price.

They asked to clean up, and at least it was already possible to spend the night in the room, but no more. They didn't have anything else, by the way. What is strange in the current situation. And at first, by the way, at the reception they generally offered to settle in another hotel of the same chain, Joker Hill, which is supposedly already 3 stars. We initially read about it, and by the way, it was cheaper than our "four". That is, according to their logic, we should have considered the option of settling in a cheaper hotel when we had already paid more. But okay.
Secondly, food. Certainly not 5 stars. However, in 2018 we rested in the "troika", and there the food was better and more varied at times. Seriously, is this a way to mock tourists - every day to serve the same chicken, probably prepared for a week in advance, and the same side dish? The same fruits (tasteless plums and grapes, and then, in limited quantities), the same dessert (this is in Turkey! ), The same greens. Well, why after such a hotel positions itself as a "four"? How did he get those 4 stars?

Moreover, the bar there is paid, again, why? Four stars, huh? Otherwise, then the Turks from the bar will start to resent - why are we, having paid for a full tour, for an allegedly private beach and AI food, dissatisfied with this dirty beach, we go to competitors? Such impudence is difficult to endure, but, fortunately, we encountered this by the end of the vacation.
It takes about 15 minutes to go to the public beach, you can buy a cocktail and lie on a sunbed all day long.

4. Beach - ruined the whole experience. It is located very far, 40 minutes walk from the hotel, but there is a shuttle service twice a day. But we were there only once, this is a quiet horror: near the flea market and the local cafe, they extended the shelter from above and put sunbeds. You will be lying next to toys and clothes, and on the right - wild laughter sitting in a cafe and the smell of cigarettes. This is the outskirts of the city and it is in this place that boats park and the water is covered with a thin film of gasoline or oil from them.
In general, the first three days we went to sunbeds in 5 * not far from our hotel, and when there were more people there, we lay downstairs on towels.

And now the food! Honestly, 3 out of 5. There is very little meat! Lots of greens and vegetables, chicken for lunch and dinner. For dinner, desserts were just baklava and sometimes some other coconut treats, well, there was something else. From fruits - watermelon)
Bar: vodka, gin, beer, water, soft drinks, coffee varieties.
The hotel has its own beach, but they carry it to it. We walked about 8 minutes at a calm pace to a common beach.
But I give the staff 5, they always smile and are happy to see you.
