Worst holiday of my life. One complete deception and scam. Before going on vacation, I watched a detailed review of the Loxia hotel chain, where a young man named Murat, the director of sales and marketing of the chain, as he introduced himself, talks about all three hotels in Kemer, Side and Alanya.
Specifically about Loxia Side - Murat called it “our favorite little hotel” and further describes it and tells the first lie that the hotel operates according to the ultra all-inclusive concept. Then it shows a photo of 4 different rooms, where you can actually see that cosmetic repairs have been made, new furniture and fresh bed linen. Only this is apparently for a beautiful picture, because in our room and in the room of our relatives, there was no renovation, all the furniture was old, shabby, the linen was not the freshest, there were no robes and slippers that Murat spoke about, there was no safe was jammed and didn't work.
Also, the internal telephone did not work for us or our relatives, and since we were placed in different parts of the hotel, there was no way to call each other. In our shower room there was a broken mirror, there was some kind of dirt in the corners, when you sit on the toilet it wobbles under you, the cabinet under the washbasin was swollen from dampness.
Then Murat talks about how the snack restaurant works and switches to ice cream, which at every turn, on the beach, throughout the territory there are large refrigerators you go up and take. It would seem like a trifle, but again it’s a lie. In fact, there is ice cream, but only at certain times and only inside the main restaurant, and it is given out by a specially trained person from the hotel staff.
Then there is the question of alcoholic beverages, and Murat again repeats that they have ultra all-inclusive and have imported alcoholic beverages and even personally lists some of them - Jack Daniels, J&B, Absolut Vodka, which is another big Lie.
Nowhere, not a single bar throughout the territory has imported alcoholic drinks; everywhere there is only local alcohol, the quality of which I will not talk about.
Further, potential vacationers are again misled when Murat answers the question - which entrance to the sea. He says that the entrance is sandy, the sand is fine, the beach is all sand. In fact, the beach is mostly sand, but 3-4 meters from the water, the entrance to the water and directly under the water are all in concrete pebbles, which makes it very difficult to enter and exit the water without special shoes. It would seem that there is nothing wrong, but why not say about it in advance. By the way, if we talk about the beach, it must be said that it is far from ideal, there is a lot of dirt, garbage is removed from the trash bins every other day. The toilet on the beach has been in need of at least some repairs for a long time. Beach towels look like floor rags.
There are not enough beach chairs, many of them are broken, people have to come early in the morning to choose intact ones and occupy them.
The same review says that the Internet is available 24 hours a day throughout the entire hotel, including the beach, etc. , which is another Lie. After connecting to the free Internet, it lasts for 30 minutes, then you need to go to the reception again, swear, which I have seen more than once, but then you are faced with misunderstanding, indifference and absolute ignorance.
And of course, the video clip about the hotel itself was shot beautifully, and the view from above, and cleanliness everywhere, especially the main restaurant with a variety of dishes was shown, but in fact it again turned out to be a beautiful picture. If they give you any kind of tasty treat, people will take it apart in an instant. Basically, everything was not tasty, just believe me, this was not the first time I was on vacation in Turkey, and this was evident from the reaction at the neighboring tables.
By the way, about seats in the restaurant, if there were enough seats for breakfast, so-so for lunch, then for dinner every evening there was a picture when people with plates in their hands could not find a place to sit and had to wait for someone to get up and quickly, like in competitions, to take a vacant place. Agree this is humiliating. Regarding the dishes, it must be said that there are a lot of chips, and when you pick up a plate you can run into yesterday’s mashed potatoes or something else on the back. Here it should be noted the disgusting state of the toilets in the main restaurant. Well, to finish with the restaurant, I’ll say that after the first day of eating, throughout the rest of your vacation, diarrhea, vomiting and heartburn will be your faithful companions.
But all this is nonsense compared to what may await you from the very beginning of your arrival. Namely, an attempt to scam people out of money.
Our vouchers stated - the Main Building, for which we paid extra at home. Upon arrival we were given the keys and told that we would have a room without a window. We left our things at the bottom and went up to see what it was. At first, for a long time we could not find this number on either side of the corridor or the other. But then they found it and you won’t believe it, there’s really only a door there, not that there’s no balcony, no windows at all. It's like a storage room for mops, towels, bed linen, chemicals, etc. We went downstairs to the reception and, of course, our indignation knew no bounds. When I asked how it was possible for people to be herded into a closet like rats, what kind of air to breathe there, and how could this be connected with the fact that we arrived at a 5-star ultra all-inclusive hotel, the manager from the reception answered that 20 euros per day will help resolve the issue. We contacted our tour operator and asked for help.
After some time, we were asked to sign that we agreed to Garden View - a view of the garden, and instead of being accommodated in the main building with a view of the garden, we were accommodated in the outermost bungalow overlooking a 6-lane road, where from The sound of every truck passing at night just makes you jump out of bed. I explained to the general manager at the reception that I have health problems and I cannot stand such a vacation, to which he replied that he could not help, that there were no places in the hotel right now, we needed to come back in two days and he would move us to another number. As you understand, all these negotiations on the part of the general manager were conducted in a manner of complete disdain, waving his hands in very elevated tones, turning into obvious aggression. And of course, two days later he blatantly lied to his face, saying he didn’t say anything like that.
I have never met such arrogant, aggressive, lying scum in large positions in the tourism industry, where you need to communicate with people and help them solve certain issues. Well, these are rather questions for the owners of this hotel.
And for those who are still thinking about whether or not to go to the “5-star ultra all-inclusive” Loxia Side, I want to assure you that absolutely all the negative points listed above have photo and video confirmation. Choose other hotels.
Join Up, booked a room in the main building with a sea view. At the reception, with meaningful smiles, they gave cards from the room, saying that the number was one of the best. It turned out to be a rooftop room with a view of the rooftops and a side sea view. When remarked, the answer sounded as follows with the same smirk: "But you see the sea. " The first impression was podgazheno. I had to connect the hotel guide from Join Up, the next day the number was given according to the voucher. The rooms are good, new, everything works, the beds are wide, comfortable. Tea and coffee set, water, hygiene products, everything is OK. There is a lot of food, but not always tasty. The meat is either too spicy or dry and tasteless. Bonus ice cream is freely available throughout the hotel, the child was delighted. Huge respect to the animation team, everyone found something to their liking, interesting evening programs.
But during the rain, the tourists did not know where to put themselves. And the rain was 4 days out of 13. There is no indoor pool, bars on the street. The one in the lobby can't accommodate everyone. I was surprised by the selective attitude of the waiters - for 13 days we were never approached in the restaurant and asked what to bring you. But the guy on roller skates near the pool was attentive to all vacationers. The abundance of offered cocktails, drinks, snacks pleasantly surprised even experienced tourists. But the bartenders do not know how to make alcoholic cocktails, and the alcohol itself is not very good. The beer is delicious. We never got into the a la carte restaurant. We were constantly told to come back in 3 days, 3 more days, etc. And on the day of the recording it was not opened. With excellent weather, no rain. We didn't get an apology or an explanation. The rest of the staff is trying, it shows. The beach is a disappointment. Pebbles in the sand, the entrance is terrible, inconvenient. Not for small children and people with disabilities.
The hotel is located between Alanya and Side, there is nothing nearby, prices are too high in nearby shops. T. n. A "free" trip to Side for shopping is designed for suckers - a place where they are brought, even more expensive than shops near the hotel. I liked the excursion to the Green Canyon from the hotel guide. Emotions from the hotel are mixed.
In my case, the price-quality ratio was acceptable. Now the price tag for this hotel has doubled - I would not pay so much for such a vacation.
The rest is a big sadness.
1. Room cleaning. The maids themselves are pleasant, always go forward. BUT! The quality of cleaning is just awful! All plumbing in the raid, which simply no one washes off. The floors, apparently, are also washed to "fuck off. " In general, if you want a clean room, then you have to demand!
2. Unsanitary conditions!! ! Almost all hotel guests are pissed or sick. Well, or both. We are no exception. With us, only 15 people called an ambulance, because the children suffer from rotovirus. Yes, and adults are poisoned only in this way! We feel like we are in a horror movie! Everywhere you go, they only talk about it! Every family has the same!
If you have already bought a ticket to this hotel, then take with you Regidron, Polysorb, smecta, activated charcoal, some kind of antibiotic, something to restore microflora, antipyretic, a thermometer, a lot of antiseptics, disposable dishes. Better yet, go to another hotel!
At the same time, the territory of the hotel, the sea and the beach suited us. The food in the restaurant is delicious, varied, there is always something to eat for yourself and the children. Mini water park, kids club, swimming pools - everything was ok.
Another nuance is mosquitoes. I don’t know how they flew into the room, only through the front door, apparently, because. We didn't even have a balcony. At the reception they said that they do not have fumigators, but you can ask to process the room. We asked for this processing, but no one did anything...
Other minor nuances, such as the fact that in my room there were sandwiches and juice during a late check-in, but my friend didn’t, one shower door was broken in our room, the phone in the next room, but these are trifles, of course, but unpleasant. Everywhere on the walls there are smeared corpses of mosquitoes that no one erases (((
And on the third day of vacation began. At first I have diarrhea, in the evening and at night I have a fever. After 1.5 days - a 10-month-old child has a temperature over 39, diarrhea, vomiting, weakness, refusal to eat. The day before departure, I went to the doctor through the insurance company, but they didn’t do any tests for us, they just said “intestinal infection” based on the symptoms, they prescribed everything from the stomach.
And in the evening I met enthusiasts on the beach who were collecting a collective complaint, because it turned out that almost every second family encountered this nasty rotavirus (The hotel makes round eyes and tries to pretend that the case is isolated.
At the end of our stay (the first of October) there were so many people in the hotel that the sunbeds ended by 11 am. Also on the beach there are a lot of broken sunbeds.
It was also incomprehensible with the restaurant - either everyone served their own food, or queues formed, because. the staff served food and simply did not have time to serve everyone, then they measured the temperature at the entrance to everyone, including babies, then they didn’t measure it... we still didn’t understand the logic.
The room was cleaned irregularly and not always adequately, on the last cleaning, instead of replacing the soiled duvet cover, they didn’t put on a new one, they just left the blanket without it.
In short, there are many questions to the hotel in the context of the attitude towards guests. . .
I do not recommend anyone to go here! Well, maybe only if they are adults with a strong immune system and an indestructible intestine.
My family and friends came with a big group to relax for a week and celebrate my birthday. In general, we are among those people who turn a blind eye to many things and just enjoy their vacation. However, there are a lot of minuses, the main of which is an intestinal infection in the hotel.
On the third day, my daughter and husband were taken to the hospital for drips for the night. On the fourth day, a friend fell ill with a temperature of 39 and other unpleasant symptoms.
They settle in a bungalow without soundproofing and huge gaps in the front door next to the highway, next to the septic tanks, and every morning starts like this: first at 5:30 a mullah from the mosque opposite wakes us up, at the same time the stench from the sewer begins, which permeates the entire room, as they pump out th. . . but. On the first day, the child was bitten by mosquitoes in a way that they had not bitten all summer with a grandmother in the village. Now we keep Mosquitol turned on around the clock.
During the first 3 days I came to the reception, asked for an extra charge of 15 euros per day to provide another room in the main building, but they offered only a bungalow (worse than ours). I am attaching one photo. In general, if you stand at the reception for 25 minutes, people come with different problems
- someone's room is dirty and everything is leaking, the girl was accused of breaking something as soon as they entered the room, the police came today - theft from the rooms in the hotel, cleaning - they clean all the rooms with one rag (although everyone knows that the infection is in the hotel).
Another big minus is the sand on the beach is gray, it is unpleasant to walk on it. Could bring a normal one.
Of course, there are pluses - animators, disposable tableware, a wonderful kids club, the concept of relaxation, good food, an adult separate area, but they fade before the possibility of getting sick during the holidays.

The territory of the hotel is very small, there is nowhere to walk. No animation. The sea was the only plus on vacation. Clean, beautiful, warm. A couple of times it was dirty and smelled a bit of fish. There is nothing to see outside the hotel. Dirty, smelly transition and small market. No nature, no view!
Well, the most interesting thing about this hotel is regular poisoning. I don't know the reason. We had a child who ate only rice and buns. EVERYONE WERE SICK IN THE HOTEL, AND CHILDREN, AND ADULTS, AND THOSE WHO DID NOT BATH IN THE POOL, AND THOSE WHO DRINK AND DID NOT DRINK ALCOHOL. An ambulance came every day. Even the local Turks said that everyone in this hotel got sick. We turned to Tui's employees, but they react to this with a smirk. They only need us to buy a tour, nothing else will help. Enough food to choose from. But after my child vomited for a day and lay in the hospital for a day under a dropper, I didn’t feel like eating anything! The last 3 days spent on rolls. Thanks to the operator Tui for such a chic vacation!
Upon arrival, they immediately tied the tapes and sent to the dining room. In which of the food was "a ball to roll". Ok, found soy sausages, lots of bread. So they had breakfast. The room was filled until two o'clock in the afternoon. And after another half hour. They say they cleaned up. Climbed up with suitcases and saw this "cleaning" ...
There seemed to be a pogrom in the room. Even the body of the smoke sensor was broken. Under the ceiling. Broken glass in the bathroom, shower drain, toilet lid and closet door. The room itself has a ballpoint pen, walls, ottoman and linen. Which is also in spots. The bar was supposed to be full of stupidly empty. Torn curtains with traces of organic wiping. Either hands or something else ...Apparently, they tried to twist the lamp on the wall in the luggage. Because the lamp was a donor legs and swayed on the mount.
They appealed to the administration. Culturally. They were also gently sent. Type repair. And we will paint the walls with you from rock paintings.
We came to breathe paint and watch the bathroom renovations, yeah. Arranged a scandal. With a list of shortcomings. They said that in case of questions, we will not pay for this pogrom. They swore that they would be moved to another room by noon tomorrow. In the evening we will remind once again. Just as important as settling in with two young children.
We were two adults and a child, a room with one double bed. The total area of the room is 10m2. After long requests, at 20:30 we were brought a cot, so that it could fit, we had to remove the bedside table. The room was cleaned 2 times during the whole stay! Once at the end of the check-in, the bed was changed after contacting the administration. The hotel has a constant smell of sewerage.
The animation is very good, we and the children really liked it, super smart guys.
The beach and sea are great.
The food could be said to be excellent... but . . everyone went through 5 days with an upset stomach...

- The rooms are terrible.
- The reception and the administration are categorically not friendly (they impudently pretend that they will fix everything, as a result, they did nothing for the whole holiday).
- Animation super, I recommend. Children and adults are absolutely delighted.
- The sea, the territory and the beach are very good.
- There are many bars and all the employees are very friendly.
P. S. From unpleasantly, money disappeared from the wallet after cleaning, but of course the administration is not in the know.

We were accommodated as soon as we arrived at the hotel.
Breakfast - the choice is for every taste! personally we took an omelet on the grill area - delicious. Fresh fresh fruit, pastries.
The sea is love! Honestly - warm, chk milk, clean, enough sunbeds with his head! ! ! ! ! Who likes to jump off the pier - please! The rescuer is watching.
The beach bar is an à la carte restaurant - fish restaurant. personally we were not lucky enough to visit it - but people were satisfied. we were in Turkish - the same cuisine as in the main restaurant. So try fish if possible!
But in the period from 10 to 6 french fries, burger, nuggets - a great snack!
Cocktails are normal!
The most delicious cocktails were made at the lobby bar - Umut Suleiman and Jansu - special thanks to them. They are cool.
Internet - throughout the hotel.
Pools - warm - on the water slides were 1 time - tried - but most of the time we were at sea.
The water in the pools is very chlorinated - and in my opinion everyone who writes - poisons, etc. - is either children or adults swallowed water from the pool, or ate "as if in themselves" and "as if eating for the first and last time. " ! ! ! ! ! ! Honestly - people - be with your head! If you do not eat this, or feel that you do not like something - do not eat!
Fruit - bomb - a child delighted! Everything was fine with the child!
Sweets, ice cream, yogurt - all great!

One thing - we once left uneaten ice cream in a glass on the table in the room - in the morning - there were a lot of ants on it… but the cleaners cleaned everything! and we didn't do that anymore.
Rooms were cleaned daily. One thing our child was sleeping at lunchtime - and it happened when the cleaning lady came to our room - she was asked to come either earlier or at 3-4, so as not to wake the child.
Nothing flowed, nothing smelled in us.

The staff who put food on the plate is not very friendly, they snort at you when you ask to put another portion of food on the plate, they get nervous when you ask them for something.
There is no cleaning here, change the towels in the room and that's it. .
And we got into a period when we just turned off the light 10 times a day… so so 10 times, I've never seen anything like it.
Mosquitoes in this hotel are a separate topic, they are here in the room, but the darkness, like flies everywhere, the staff poisons them with some chemicals, but unfortunately nothing helps.
The sea here is beautiful, but the sunset is very sharp.
The hotel is not 5 stars, but -4.
