Settled quickly, but in a bad and someone else's room. After clarification, they moved. Not cleaned, dirty, it's disgusting to be in the bathroom and toilet. There is snot and hair in the pool although it is regularly cleaned. Water and towels and cleaning have to be called many times. The food is so-so. Everything is worn out: from dishes and furniture. The staff is rude and arrogant. On the territory, some local urchiburchi stick to vacationers and try to sell a jacket or a fur coat. Not 4 stars at all. All negative reviews are true. The hotel has nothing for children except slides and a small pool. TVs are small. I won't go there again.
