From June 25 to July 9.2017 we went with my family (me, wife, child 3 years old) for a long-awaited vacation, chose Hera Park Hotel 4 *. Up to 4 stars does not hold out more like 2. It takes 2 hours to get to the hotel from the airport. We checked into the hotel without towels, without a crib and water bottles, they promised the next day, but the next day they gave only 2 bottles of water, and after 7 single walks, during the day, at the reception, after dinner, we were given 2 body towels and 2 for the face; the crib was given on the 4th day after the same walks. Meals are scarce, there is little choice, there are always queues, they were poisoned: first the child, then the wife, and I am still on sick leave with poisoning, met three vacationers with a child, the same thing, they don’t replenish bottled water in the refrigerator, they give it to the lobby, and then not always, dishes are not washed well. In the lobby, they say the same thing about all the dissatisfaction, there are a lot of vacationers. There are not enough sun loungers, most of the hotel guests lie on the sand. For 7 days they didn’t clean at all, but after many complaints, they started, and they take away the towels and make ends meet. Animation only for children 30 minutes, evening show Mr. and Mrs. of the hotel or not. No kids club or playground. Pros: large promenade, shops nearby, sea and sun, but this does not apply to the hotel. The rest is ruined, I would not advise the Hera Park hotel and the enemy.
