We rested with my daughter 12 years old in June 2021, not for the first time in this hotel, so there is something to compare with. We went here again, because we liked it last year. But I think this is the last time. For 2 weeks, a room was ordered from the tour operator in which we rested before, the request was duplicated on the eve of departure. As a result, at the reception, a girl who spoke Russian in a rude manner said that this room was occupied, this was in a half-empty hotel. I had to carry 2 suitcases with the child to the reception.
As a result, settled in a room near the elevator with a non-working shower. The Internet in the hotel is a whole problem, it was necessary to try to contact the hotel guide. the tour almost failed, they didn’t know the time of departure, and the Internet caught only at one point in the hotel. The TV was somehow strange, it was impossible to watch it, so they didn’t turn it on later. Savings are visible in everything: bed linen with holes, smelly shampoo 3 cans for 11 days, we are not talking about any air conditioner. Food is also a problem. They lay it out like it was stolen. You won't even take an apple yourself. Although I talked with tourists from neighboring hotels, there are salads and fruits, you can take everything yourself. The food is monotonous. There is no mention of any sushi at all.


The water park is good. But the water in the pool is so chlorinated that by the time we left, the smell of bleach was everywhere. We won't go here again. It's a pity, once were delighted with this hotel.
