We rested at the Diamond Premium and Spa hotel from May 7 to 17.
I would like to leave a review in order to protect those who are going to rest in this hotel.
The STAFF at the hotel communicates to hell, bows are taken exclusively by the Germans, Russians spit in the wake. GASTRALEISHN (guest manager) is a separate story... you need to look for boors like him. It started with a request to bring us a blanket, to which we heard “Sleep in clothes and you won’t be cold”... well, with a fight, with a scandal, but we knocked out a blanket, but how they brought us a blanket and “made” bed linen - Photo attached below.
(By the way, cleaning in the room is zero, towels are not changed for 4 days, bedding is even more so, dust lies in layers on furniture, the mini-bar is not replenished).

We come again to the reception to find out what's the matter, they say we ourselves must fill the blanket or wait for such a favor. In response, we heard a bunch of insulting phrases from the manager that the hotel is full (for a minute... the hotel is not even 50% full).
NUTRITION. From the food you can see only chicken, basically there is no other meat. Adjustable puree, tastes like "Rolton" - a rare abomination. Don't dream of seeing fish, let alone seafood. They gave strawberries a couple of times, but a small plate and everyone flew into it like crazy - it's a complete tin, for a dog fight, we never tried strawberries for the whole vacation. One day we just didn’t have enough plates for lunch, we went up to the staff and asked for a plate, she didn’t understand Russian (by the way, no one from the staff speaks Russian, a couple of people speak English, they only speak German), she asked in English, she looked like, looked and answered us “sorry, does not plate”. We went to find out with the gastralation, what's the matter, because the hotel recommends itself as a 5-star premium, and there are no plates at dinner, he started yelling like crazy, they say you are all imagining, show your finger who told you this. We went down to the restaurant with him and he began to sing another story that the girl does not understand, she only speaks Turkish. And he told us that everything doesn’t suit us alone and we all invent that we are nobody here and he doesn’t want to talk to us, if you don’t like something, go to Russia. Three families met for the rest, negative reviews, gastraleshn boor, only hassle, not rest. In addition to families, they just met couples and talked, asked for negative reviews. He was looking for various excuses for everyone, he told everyone that they were coming up with it, all this was staged. When asked to call a superior, he refused, they asked the question “Are you afraid to call the management? ” the answer is: “Whom should I be afraid of? You? Management? I'm only afraid of God! "
SWIMMING POOL. In the pool, the mountains are always sandy, the mud is terrible, it's disgusting to swim.
Sunbeds are always in bird droppings, no one even washes them, umbrellas too, and if you dare to sunbathe without an umbrella, then be so kind as to pay... As we were answered, the birds were bred specifically from lizards, but not the same birds are bred from lizards, in others In hotels, birds do not shit and there are no lizards. But here everything is special.

BEACH. There are a maximum of 40 sun loungers on the beach, when there are a lot more people, many sunbathe on towels, a complete kapets...
In general, if you were in a 5-star hotel, you have something to compare, then in Diamond Premium and Spa NOT A FOOT!! ! Your vacation will be ruined 100%. And you will give the money for a hotel that pulls a maximum of three stars
