Rested from April 30 to May 7. The pools are cold! The hotel employee said they were not heated. This is the biggest minus. Some swim, but we did not dare. Even the one in the room is also cold. But we rode on the water slides, for some reason the water there seemed a little warmer.
About the lack of infrastructure and entertainment outside the hotel is also true. Everything else was great. Apparently only the beginning of the season, the hotel was half full and the staff could give all five stars in terms of service and friendliness. Animation every evening is different and very interesting, both for children and adults.
About baby food. In the canteen they serve sweet purees in jars, yoghurts like our plant and juices with a straw. The compositions there are not as clean as ours, but at least something. There are no vegetable and meat purees, we took our own from home.
There is only one microwave oven for heating jars of mashed potatoes and is located at the end of the main restaurant hall (dining room), in the children's area behind a colored fence. There is a supermarket on the territory of the hotel, there is a baby formula of one company, if suddenly someone needs it. And diapers are also there, but super expensive (5 times more expensive than in Russia). It is convenient that in the dining room there are high chairs with disposable sealed cutlery and bibs.
To get to the shopping center, we took a free shuttle to the leather and fur store, and on the way back we were taken to the Novamall shopping center. We traveled back by taxi for $25. The shopping center accepts only Lira.
During our stay, the impression was that the hotel was overcrowded, or, as always, savings, there were not enough sunbeds on the beach and near the water park. I have not tried sausage products worse in taste, even something similar to boiled pork and it is simply tasteless, I tried all the sausages that were on distribution in any form once, there was no desire to try the second time, a small assortment of fruits, juices , fruits often came across not ripe or spoiled. Huge respect to the animators who worked day after day to please the guests, you can’t tell from them that the end of the season, and they are already exhausted. Every day is like the first day, and it's really hard.
Everything else is in my video review - https://www.youtube.com/watch? v=wTT9j-KUG4I
The four of us lived in a standard room, it was a bit crowded, but everything worked. The renovations are a bit tired, but that didn't matter to us.
In general, the rest was very pleasant.
The transition to the beach is not straining at all, underground.
We flew and got to the hotel without any problems. The settlement took at most 5 minutes - they filled out a questionnaire, received a key to the room. Overall satisfied with the room. Everything needed was. Towels were changed every day, bed linen as dirty (we left every 3 days). Upon request, they brought a crib for a small child.
The sea is warm, the water in the pool was cooler. There is an indoor pool. Beach towels can be changed every day at the spa. Time to the beach takes 2 minutes. The sea is sandy and pebbly. There are enough beds. On the sea there is a bar with drinks, beer and snacks. I liked the food very much. There was a variety in meat (stewed, fried, boiled, steamed, barbecue - beef, turkey, chicken, lamb) and fish (steamed, grilled - white and red fish, squid, crayfish). A wide variety of vegetables, fruits, herbs.
Free ice cream was given from 12.30. Between lunch and dinner, there is a cafe with food and drinks. A cafe with Turkish coffee and sweets is open from morning to evening.
A wide variety of children's and adult slides (availability of circles for skiing). They work from 10 to 18, with a break for lunch. Large children's playground with swings, slides, etc. There is a kids club. In the evening, animation for children, with competitions, presentation of gifts, medals. For adults - live music, competitions.
I want to note that very friendly, welcoming staff. They work together for one common cause.
Very large green, well-groomed territory of the hotel.
Mostly Germans, Ukrainians, Russians, Kazakhs rested.
On the ground floor there is a shop with a wide variety of goods from household appliances to clothing. Lots of souvenirs and sweets.
I recommend the hotel!

2. The food is varied and delicious, you won't leave hungry. Only soups are not very good at making, except for lentils. Fruits: Oranges, watermelons, bananas, melons, peaches are all there.
Didn't like the a la carte restaurant. Steak pasta tasteless. Alcohol is in abundance, like Turkish production, everything.
3. Room cleaning every day. Linen and towels were changed every day.
4. The sea is clean, the beach is clean. Enough loungers. The sea is close through the underpass, convenient with children. The staff is friendly. They take out the trash all the time. We asked for a potty for a child and it was available.
5. Children's club animation is good for both adults and children. It is convenient that there are a lot of slides for different categories of children. Hamam sauna free of charge. Gym.
Read the bad reviews here and prepared for the worst. But everything was 5.
one). The dishes are not washed well, the family members had a stomachache for 3 days.
2). Lack of control over the cleaning of the premises, a constant lack of towels, a week later we managed to get slippers, a washcloth, ear cleaning sticks, we accidentally saw toothpicks at the exit in the dining room, non-compliance with the list of mandatory hotel products in the bathrooms.
3). Untidyly dressed cafeteria employees.
4). The complete lack of control over the compliance with the availability of sun loungers
and the number of tourists.
Unwillingness to solve this problem of lack of sun loungers without a tip
manager Aki and other managers on the beach on 10/28/18, who were there and pretended that our problems did not concern them.
A double appeal to Elvira and other employees at the reception did not help to solve the issue with sun loungers, a feeling of unwillingness to work and fulfill their duties as hotel employees and provide conditions for a paid 5-star vacation by tourists.
five). Heating the water in the pools would make the rest more comfortable.
6). The lifeguards, who practically did not work on the beach, were completely out of control.
7). Everything in the hotel is left to chance when lack of control leads to
to a heavy sediment on the soul of tourists and unwillingness to return there again.
8). It is impossible to fall asleep in the evening very loud Turkish music and songs.
nine). There is no opportunity to dance, the reason is the lack of a good dance program, again there is no control!! !
