In general, the hotel is normal, but not 5 * clearly. Almost all the staff do not know any (! ) foreign languages and are not distinguished by goodwill. It is especially outrageous that among them is a doctor who can neither understand nor explain anything to the patient. Zero sense from such a doctor. Well, to ask for a towel in the room (we were stubbornly folded one less) - this is just an unsolvable quest.
The spa staff was also disappointing. The floor in the spa is marble tile, and they follow on their heels and make a remark that it is better to dry off so as not to leave wet marks on the floor. The door to the hammam is always open, and they do not let it close - they say, masseurs are stuffy to work. Those who did not take paid procedures are not welcome there.
The sunbeds on the beach are 50 years old, no less. Wooden, repainted several times, with protruding nails (see photo) and no seated back. Reading a book or guessing a crossword puzzle is only lying down. . .

And the residents of these rooms are constantly "walking" on the balcony.
