The staff at the hotel is polite and friendly, everything suited us, even in the restaurant there are good waiters, everything is just right. The food was excellent, everything is amazingly delicious, a large assortment of all dishes, of course, I liked fruits and desserts the most, as my husband said, the drinks here are also in perfect order! The beach is not far from the hotel, there are always free sunbeds, they always clean, the water in the sea is amazing , I didn’t even understand why pools were needed, they swam exclusively in the sea))))) They also have a cool entertainment program here, the animators clearly know their job, I really liked it, they showed something new every day, the children were generally delighted with the games and mini-discos)))) We recommend this hotel to everyone for a fun family vacation! Our holiday can be called anything but boring! Rested together with a friend 2.08-9.08. The adventure began with the settlement. We arrived in the evening, settled us in a dirty room, the bed was not changed, dirty towels were on the floor. To our indignation, the receptionist Murat first tried to assure us that the bed was clean, then simply said that none of the cleaners were already there and he would not be able to help us.

Overcoming disgust, I had to sleep on a dirty bed. The next day, after being given $10, we were moved to a more or less clean room. But now the refrigerator didn’t work for us, the window was broken (fortunately, at least the second floor), and the bathroom is a separate story altogether - no bath accessories, except for dirty towels, there is no toilet paper, a dirty, clogged drain... We decided not to spoil our vacation and put up with it... We bought the necessary things on our own, as best we could - they cleaned up... During the week of our stay, the room was cleaned one more time (for a dollar), a couple of times they took out the garbage (all for the same dollar) and stole 10 dollars (our mistake, they forgot shift the purse from the women's handbag to the bottom of the suitcase, as always). And the dirt on the territory after a couple of days became so familiar that it was completely unnoticed.
In the pools, the water is dirty, garbage floats, tufts of hair, white. . . The pool with a slide was opened only on the last two days of our holiday. They poured water into the stagnant dregs - the pool is ready!
Now about nutrition. For the most part, it was bearable. Stewed vegetables are mostly spicy, there were fresh vegetables and cheeses. Meat, however, is almost non-existent. Every day only white meat chicken and some soy-toilet sausages. Twice we were pampered for dinner with shawarma (it was really a holiday! ). By the way, they have a cool feature in their kitchen: non-waste production. You don't notice it at first, but then you get it. For example, scrambled eggs for breakfast. Didn't finish. So for lunch there will be a salad with vegetables and an omelette. What, you haven't eaten again? For dinner, add half-eaten sausages from lunch to this salad - hop! new salad. And so on ad infinitum. From fruits, only tasteless watermelons, melons and sour plums. The sweets were really great! Plates are always disgustingly dirty, with dried food (at best), and grease on the back (and this has happened).
Animation, frankly, weak. True, in this regard, we are very lucky with our neighbors. Two Muscovites Inna and Masha and Masha's 12-year-old child rested next to us. Our girls drank from morning to night, and at night they gave us drunken concerts (both to a tape recorder and acapello)))) After complaints from the guests, hotel security and even gendarmes came. This is where the main animation of the hotel began : ) The Turkish guys tried to calm them down, to which the girls threw glasses, cigarette butts at them, sent them in all known languages, and in general my obscene vocabulary was significantly replenished))) The most stunning thing happened at the reception on the third day of these drunk brawls, when we, exhausted from sleepless nights, asked what to write to get them evicted from the hotel, our guide Murat told us with a sweet smile that the girls were sleeping with half the staff, so no one would evict them from here. : )) So I had to put up with the girls too.
There was chronically no beer in the bar and restaurant. Coffee and tea can't even be called that. The wine is disgusting. Yupi in cans is artificially vile and often sour. Lucky only lovers of strong drinks - vodka and gin have always been.
And here are the pluses I would like to especially note. Definitely HAMMAM. It's just heaven on earth! Zaza, Ziya - hello to you hot from Kyiv! The hands of the guys are golden! And the sea is just fabulous! Emerald, warm! It has already been correctly noted here, the service is so unobtrusive that you can do anything))) Mattresses and towels were taken for free.

We were able to live in this mess for 3 days - dirt, unsanitary conditions, lazy staff!! ! After 3 days, a group of 147 tourists was transferred to another hotel, where we enjoyed the rest of our vacation in real Turkey. As far as I am informed, calypso is dead! The scourge is the scourge!! !

In many respects I agree with Maxim and Ira. My wife and I made friends with the guys during our stay at the hotel. The hotel is weak in every respect. Of the positives. . . The unobtrusive service even began to please with time, because there was no control by the hotel staff over the removal of food from the dining room (which saved during excursions), mattresses on the beach (vacationers could take them for free), towels from the room (which many take it with you to the beach and to the pool). The advantages of the hotel include a wide beach compared to even neighboring 5-star hotels and a fairly large territory (there was enough space for everyone). Of the active beach games, only volleyball was present. If you start to get bored in the hotel, go on excursions. It's cheaper to order them from the agency across the street. But so that the excursion does not turn into "hard labor" for you, it is better not to book excursions with long journeys in transport. Otherwise, you will either get fried in an air-conditioned bus, or your tour will turn into a continuous shopping trip along the way. I recommend a yacht trip to Alanya. On the eve of departure from the hotel, do not forget to buy gifts for family and friends, if you did not have time to do it in Alanya during the yacht tour. In mini-markets across the road, everything is much cheaper than guides will offer you during excursions. My wife and I enjoyed our holiday. But if you want impeccable service, then look for another hotel.
