We were 2 families with 2 children each. The tours were the same with instructions for rooms to be side by side. The check-in was at 14, while the hotel did not even give cards for towels, they just sat on the sun loungers by the pool, found as many as 2. The rooms were in different "wings" of the hotel, radically different from each other (in one room 1 of the rooms without windows with a mini-balcony). The housekeeping was good which is a plus. For a room opposite with a sea view, they asked for $ 50 per day, while the room was empty for 10 days, it was not possible to agree. Everyone is in the cold, they say they don’t understand Russian. All staff are stone-faced and rude.
The beach is not cleaned, there is dirt all around... The sea is gorgeous and warm. You can lie on the sea if you come to 7, after 9 everything is occupied with towels! But they offer paid bungalows! Everything is closed for children due to the "corona", only paid entertainment. Mini disco for 15 minutes. . . There are no complaints about the animators, well done! Alena and Kristina are just super, when they replaced, the children danced all for 30-40 minutes! There were 2 birthdays - they didn’t congratulate in any way, they knocked out a table decoration with a fight, supposedly a compliment from the hotel - they folded 2 napkins into a shell and threw a couple of flowers! They asked for 25 euros for the cake, we had a complete shock! At the same time, the Germans were treated like VIPs! The food is average, there is simply no children's menu! Daily rice milk porridge for breakfast and a variety of eggs!
There is no desire to return... Complete disappointment.
