the rooms are bad. food is good) in short

We flew with two families. 5 adults and 4 children. We had three rooms. We arrived at the hotel around 12 noon. They filled out a bunch of paperwork for covid, although they could have done it in the morning. They gave out the keys. We carried our own suitcases and bags. They settled nearby. Sea view rooms were paid for and given. Numbers were given through one. View Gorgeous. Everything worked in two rooms. Air conditioning and refrigerator did not work in one room. So they didn't fix it, they didn't need it for most of the holiday, but the last two days it was very hot. They offered to move to another room, they did not do it.
There was no bed for the children, the worker brought it almost immediately and filled it himself. The rooms are average. Relatively clean. They cleaned normally, made swans, wiped the floor, wiped the dust, took out the garbage, changed the towels. The bed towels smell clean and free of stains and holes. In the refrigerator - cola, water, juice, fanta, replenished regularly. Of the bathroom accessories - lotion, gel, shampoo, but there was no conditioner, then they brought it at once. In dispensers, a disinfectant instead of soap is not convenient at all. Replenished as needed, towels and sheets changed regularly. A nice bonus was that I forgot my toothpaste, asked at the reception where to buy and they immediately brought us sets - toothpaste + brush, machine + foam, comb, shower caps, washcloths and bathrobes. The room has a shoehorn, slippers and a set of threads with a needle. All are of good quality and nicely packaged.
The rooms could be refreshed. the noise isolation is terrible, when we had neighbors we could hear both the kids and the tv. The curtains are good, I slept comfortably in the morning. Our air conditioner was not central, very comfortable and worked perfectly.
The sea and the beach are clean, cleaned every day, there is a pontoon we dived from it. The sea is very beautiful. The beach is large and beautiful with changing rooms, comfortable sunbeds, showers, a toilet and a beach bar nearby. The entrance to the sea is a monolithic stone slab, not very convenient for children in general. Towels were changed every day.
The pools are amazing and there are plenty of them.
Gorki is a whole water park, it works by the hour. We really enjoyed. From mini slides to steep ones in one place.
The food is delicious and quite varied. For 10 days there were squids, mussels, small shrimps, almost every day, large ones once or twice, but small ones are tastier. red fish in creamy sauce, grilled fish, beef goulash, turkey. . . For dinner - strawberries, watermelons, melons, bananas, pears, apples, grapefruits. Very tasty baklava. Burgers and shawarma, salads, pizza and potatoes baked in the snack bar are for everyone, but you will not stay hungry. In the morning - pancakes, five types of eggs, fried in front of you, there are ready-made cheeses, sausages, yogurts, like everywhere else. Usually everything was fresh, but the serving was canteen-like, without gloss. Somehow all the dishes except for cakes are not decorated. All in all, delicious and varied. issued through the glass, there were almost no queues, they impose with a margin. and you can always say to add or remove.
Ice cream from 14-00 to 17-00 in packages of many types.
Alcohol is only tolerable beer. They don't make mojitos, they don't have champagne. The wine is not very good. I didn't like the other cocktails either.
There is no food for children, there is a zone, but there is no food. Every day we grinded a meat dish and added vegetables, gave away a plate without any problems, they returned the ground to us. This issue was resolved through guest-relationship. But they were looking for softer meat for children, they chose chicken or turkey from a saute. For children, one could find dietary ones - broccoli, zucchini, Brussels sprouts and cauliflower, rice, mashed potatoes, bulgur, pancakes, french fries... in short, the children did not go hungry.
There is brewed and Turkish coffee in the lobby bar, but it is open from 9-30, we went to it after breakfast. I don't drink coffee from the machine. Two girls work there - one works both in the lobby and in the pool bar - sweet and friendly. And the second one was freezing for the first day and wanted to pour coffee from the machine. The bug is shorter. But we went every day twice and drank delicious coffee from a coffee machine or in Turkish.
Animation. Everything is complicated here. covid and the hotel is 20% full. There were no shows or performances. Children's disco like everyone else. But there are a couple of Su and Mahmed, who, in principle, did not let them get bored. with their jokes and good mood communicated throughout the day. We played darts, my husband played volleyball every day and they had an international team there. There were dances by the pool, water gymnastics, water polo and evening games guess the melody, guess the movie, the actor... The children baked pizza once - they did it in a very organized and beautiful way, the whole hotel took part. The daughter was leaving and crying for Su, and the nephew misses Mehmed.
my opinion is animation in covid conditions - it depends heavily on vacationers, if there are few of them and they slow down, then it is problematic to entertain them.
For Russian speakers - there is Irina at the reception, all our questions were resolved.
On the territory there is a zipline, and a rope park for a fee. The children are delighted, and I swept, cool.
The territory is green, but not well-groomed, unfinished or something : )
In general, a good holiday. the staff is friendly. The hotel is beautiful, there is even a fountain and a waterfall in the lobby.
Would you return again? why not.
The service is terrible, nothing works in the rooms (kettle, safe, sockets).
The hotel can be called not 5 stars, but 3 with a big stretch.

In general, we decided to relax with the children on the sunny beach and that's what we encountered.
1. Naturally, there are no social distances and no mask regime. More precisely, all this is, but no one observes it.
2. Do not take food yourself, they give it out. From this, wild queues and in general the choice of dishes is very modest, not at all like before. Sometimes, when there is food, there is no waiter who should give it out.
3. The Turks are greedy, they won’t put too much on a plate. Looks like they are saving on everything.
4. Instead of coffee and drinks - half an hour after the start of breakfast and lunch - you already pour yourself only water.
5. There is a catastrophic lack of tables and servants too. You have to wait until the previous people eat.
6. There has never been such a thing for breakfast that there was no banal scrambled eggs and a line for coffee - 20 people.
7. In the hotel, in the rooms - nothing works. For example, our safe, TV and sockets did not work. The master only came the next day.
8. Finding utensils, salt and napkins in this "canteen" (not a restaurant) is a real feat.
P. S. The weather, as always, is excellent, warm... the sea can be said to be hot, the pools too. This pleases.
Definitely, the Turks were not at all ready for the season, they were raising money for everything, and the service was simply NO.
I do not recommend.
The food at the hotel is not very bad, everything is fresh (there was nothing mixed), a lot of grilled fish, barbecue, shawarma. Ice cream as much as you like from 12.00 all day. The animation is not bad, every day some kind of foam party near the pools or at the disco. The disco was on the pier by the sea. We had fun.
The sea is beautiful, the entry into the sea is sand, then pebbles, there are stones (carefully), but they do not interfere.
There were three of us, one of us a child, we were very pleased with the rest.
Thanks a lot to the hotel management, animation and all the staff.
I would and will recommend Nashira Resort Hotel & Aqua Spa 5*. I'll be back!
There is a lot of greenery, like in the jungle: palm trees, flowers, plantings, super.
Water park 24 slides - for all ages.
A 10-year-old child really liked the petting zoo.
I liked the food - and beef, and turkey, and vegetables and fruits.
The room is beautiful - look for the manager Maria at the reception!
Cleaning, towel swans - as usual, impressive!
The sea is wet and salty, and warm - even in the morning!
$10 taxi to Manavgat, shopping LC WAIKIKI and McDonald's.
$10 taxi to Side, the ancient Old City of Ancient Rome, in Turkey!
