rested with my mother at the Bella Sun Club, not far from Side (the place is called Kumkoy). A lot of impressions. Both good and not so good. First about the bad. The Bella Sun hotel is clearly not four-star. Well, three and then with a stretch. We were shocked by the food there. There were only vegetables and herbs on the tables, they didn’t give meat at all, only in the queue, as in the USSR))) The queue for meat lined up almost to the pool - all over the dining room, up the stairs, etc. And most importantly, the meat is just awful. Either chicken or chicken liver (this is the best! ), Or some inedible cutlets. In general, a nightmare! I would give them -1 for the food.
The room was cleaned badly, there were always no towels, the floor was not washed. In the bathroom, the shower is extremely uncomfortable - everything pours on the floor, it was impossible to wash if the second person comes in - knee-deep in water. The beach was also terrible - there were stones in the water, the beach itself was not cleaned. Although there were clean and beautiful beaches around without stones in the sea. Feelings were not pleasant...
Another minus, but this is no longer a claim to the hotel. People! Draw your attention! Never take excursions to SIMAL TOUR (they have an office not far from our hotel, in the row where there are shops, opposite the Febeach hotel), we took an excursion to Antalya there and were shocked! They did not give us a Russian-speaking guide, they put us with the Germans, we sat there, did not understand anything. They drove us through Aspendos, brought us to some village and... went to expensive shops, not reaching Antalya! Then they brought me to Antalya, did not tell a word about the city and dropped me off for 2 hours in the center! HORROR! I was shocked.

Now about the good. Side is a very beautiful place! The sea is very clean, the water is warm, everything is fine! Side itself is also beautiful - ancient ruins, an amphitheater, etc. are everywhere. We also took an excursion on a yacht and swam to the city of Manavgat - sailed along the river, watched giant turtles, pelicans, then watched a waterfall. By the way, they don’t take you to see the waterfall for free - only for $ 2 per person. In short, they became insolent there to the fullest, of course (((. But nature is lovely there ! ! For the first time I saw how oranges grow, also in Antalya I saw decorative bananas on trees, in general, in this regard, of course, I liked everything! Antalya - a beautiful city, you can feel the spirit of the real East - narrow streets, mosques, a fortress... Manavgat also has a very beautiful mosque, in general Manavgat is a beautiful city.
I also really liked the "Turkish Night" - we had it in the hotel for free. The show was amazing! Turkish dances are very, very beautiful. In short, it was the best evening during our stay in Side.
In general, I want to tell all tourists - if you want to have a good rest on the warm sea and go on interesting excursions - go to Side! There are no discos and clubs there, but they did not interest me. Before that, I was in Marmaris - no comparison! There is nothing interesting in Marmaris, nothing old and beautiful. Disco, disco, disco. . . And the sea is dirty. In Side it is much more interesting and the atmosphere is somehow more romantic.
