Stayed as a family of four adults. At first, there were no two kopeck pieces nearby, they offered to spend the night in a family room for five, and a bunch of compensation for the inconvenience (cards for towels, dinner at an a la carte restaurant, safes in the rooms, fruit and wine in the rooms, all for free). The next day, they offered a choice of rooms in different buildings, they chose the fourth floor in the fourth block. Then everything is great: the restaurant is good (the food is varied, very tasty, the staff is attentive and friendly), the beach is clean, in the pools (there are 3 adults and 1 children), representatives of the NEPTUN HOTELS network took water several times for research. The animation is just super, a great team led by chef Baruk, entertainment is scheduled by the minute by the pool, in the amphitheater, on the beach, in the kids club. The well-coordinated work of all the animators, they replace each other at any moment, they arrange magnificent evening shows both on their own and with the involvement of vacationers. Of the minuses: small bathrooms in the rooms and not very high-quality room cleaning.
