Excursions are interesting and in general we did not complain! and the fact that going to the sea through an underground mini passage is not a problem at all! there were always enough sunbeds both by the pools and by the sea! True, the mini-bar was filled rarely and only with water, well, in the room, I didn’t like these drinks on tap, they weren’t tasty, it would be better if they made juices! but despite the cons in general, it's just great ! ! advise

At the reception they do not understand any of the European languages, only Turkish. The Teztur guides were very helpful, for which many thanks to them! The only thing I liked was the hotel itself, green, flowering flower beds and the work of the maid. Perhaps we were lucky, but she tried her best: she cleaned on time, clean towels daily, change of linen after 2 days (and for a tip - she will change it for sure, even if she changed it the day before)

We rested at the hotel Ardisia from July 7 to July 19.2006. We really couldn't wait for the holiday to end. I'll start with a few positive points: the hotel is very beautiful, the territory is green, there are many flowers, there are slides for adults and children, there is also a mini club and a playground for children, everything inside is also not badly conceived (if you don't look closely), there is a bowling club , disco. Special attention to the rooms - they are very good, mostly in 2 levels or 2 rooms. There are many more negatives. All this beauty is so filthy that most of those who arrived for the first two days lie with indigestion. In the dining room (you can’t call it a restaurant) there are chronically no dishes, spoons, forks, glasses, and if there is all this, it’s frankly dirty. The amount of food does not correspond to the number of people (and this is 2.5 thousand), there are queues everywhere, the staff is completely unfriendly. The food is not 5 star. We were especially pinned by a Turkish restaurant, where you need to sign up in advance - so this is the same as in general, only on plates with a waiter and in a meager assortment. We were shocked to see the 5-star. Hotel disposable cups. The pools are dirty, the water is muddy, it is simply dangerous to swim there - in the evening they put bleach there and this is the end of the cleaning. Pools with slides are sometimes not completely filled, we had a case - a guy rolled into a half-empty pool and smashed his face. The beach is across the road through the transition, everything would be fine if the sunbeds were sometimes cleaned and cigarette butts and leftover food were taken out of the sand, but in general, nothing. There is a SPA center - the prices are "space", the sauna and hammam are very good, massage and peeling are also done cool (for $ 57), there is a jacuzzi, but it is rarely turned on because it's free and in general if you go there just to the bath, then Russian-speaking aunts can swear to the fullest. They don’t deal with children at all, there are a huge number of children, both Turks and Russians - everyone yells both on the beach and in the dining room and everywhere !! ! A nightmare. At the mini disco, crazy animators rush around the stage and God forbid that your child does not fall and be trampled. There was a scandal about this, even the police came, but nothing has changed. Evening entertainment: (I omit evening shows - you can say there are none) if you have time to get a seat, you can sit at the pool bar for a drink (not many options: whiskey-cola, gin and tonic, vodka, raki, beer - everything sucks), then at 12 noon. Disco, all drinks for a fee. The contingent is mostly teenagers 14-18 years old, Turks and Russians, all drunk and stoned. So if you are 50 and you want to find a 14 year old lover go to Ardisia. The main thing is not to look at anyone, a look is a call to action. Well, of course, there are also normal people, but everyone else is so annoying that you don’t even want to talk to anyone. As a result, nightly fights. There is no question of swimming in the sea at night - it's just not safe without men. This is such a great vacation! Only thanks to a good company, guys and girls from Moscow, Yekaterinburg, Minsk, Kursk, Alma-Ata (everyone who reads HELLO!!! ) we did not pay attention to everything and did not allow a stupid hotel to spoil our vacation. I will also add that the hotel is on the 2nd line, it is on the outskirts and the nearest city is 25 minutes. Driving (nowhere to run), no animation, 3-star service. I do not advise you to go to this hotel, otherwise you will forever lose the desire to go to Turkey!

Ardisia is not the worst option for a holiday in Turkey and spoil your vacation, but what we paid for and told us about the hotel at the Wiederstrahl travel agency is absolutely nothing and the stories from the Wiedestral manager do not match. Before paying for the tour, they talked and told us that some hotels do not meet their 5 * asked several times and Ardisia answers? With a deep bow, the manager hung noodles on our ears that this is the most beautiful hotel. For such a sum, I personally thought that it was unrealistically good!
In the photo of Ardisia you can see the road, we asked what kind of road it was, the answer was: "just a path" When we drove up to the hotel, we were seized by horror, this is not a path or even a road, but a freeway, on which everyone drives day and night and everything is incessant. And what blocks lie on their sandy beach, so to speak, and cigarette butts mixed with disposable dishes. And how many poisonings people received.
The rooms are not cleaned for all 10 days with a scandal and a long run of towels are changed. There is no elementary mini-bar, and they do not allow drinks to be brought into the room. and then try to find a place with a clean or similar to a clean tablecloth, no, you won’t find it. And why the manager couldn’t not only tell about all these negative sides, but at least not hide the obvious.
And the stinky river is right under the windows, the toads yell so much at night that you remember and remember in different words both the travel agency and the manager Natalia from the Wiederstrahl travel agency, but in principle it was possible to close the balcony door and hear less toads so the air conditioner did not work day or night.
And what about the armed army with machine guns in the hotel? built all the vacationers who were driven from the entire territory of the hotel and from the beach and from the rooms, everyone. Imagine the state of mothers and their children. But it turned out they were just looking for someone, but how could the hotel management allow this?
In short, if you want to ruin your vacation, contact Wiederstrahl and they will help you wholeheartedly : -(

There, probably, like in other travel agencies, they simply see (suckers) who fly to Turkey for the first time and spin them to the fullest. What is the service, what is the food, what is the cleaning, what is the mini-bar, what is the beach..... everything does not correspond to the advertisement and the stories of the manager from Wiederstrahl, the truth is that the name is Ardisia. Wouldn't recommend to a friend or anyone. These 5 * simply do not exist, these are 3 * normal stars. So let them charge for 3 *. I have to tell a lot, I’ll just say so as not to spoil your vacation, don’t take risks and don’t go, and it’s good that they flew back healthy and alive.
I won’t go to Turkey anymore, I just don’t want to, I believe all the reviews, I myself was in this shoes. Yes, they asked to change the hotel. But after these thorns through which they went through upon arrival, they simply did not want to go through everything again and stayed in this hotel, since they knocked out the room for which they paid, but compensated by taking 2-day excursions. Maybe in eleven years everything will get better there and the service and cuisine and animation. The beach will be cleaned. Plant more greenery.

In general, the rest was thoroughly spoiled.
Pros of the hotel (there are relatively fewer of them):
1. Good rooms, with normal sea views, some with mountain views. We had both the sea and the mountains.
2. A large territory of the hotel itself, a lot of chairs, lounges and others.
3. Always eat fruit. Quite a wide variety of cakes and sweets.
4. Central air conditioning, but works well. It was always chilly.
5. they said that the animation was cool - I don’t know, we didn’t go there.
Minuses:
1. There is no service (in the rooms, in the restaurant, on the beach there is no service at all).
2. Every morning an aunt came to our room and asked how many people lived in it. This was the end of the room cleaning. Bed linen was changed only when reminded at the reception of this, and then we had to use the German language. The Germans are better off. And in general it is better to mow under the Germans. Service rises in such cases by 3+.
3. We decided to leave a dollar in the room, they thought they would remove it. Returning to the room ofigeli, there was no dollar, and the bed was not even made, not to mention the change of towels and the cleanliness of the floor.
4. Sometimes only one set of towels was changed for us. For the whole holiday, only once they tried to lay out these towels in the form of an incomprehensible what on the bed.
5. There were days when there was no water or hot water at all. True, they relatively quickly eliminated this breakdown within 2 hours.
6. At the reception, the girls do not know any language other than Turkish. They understand German better, although they do not say anything in response. It was surprising that more than half of the Russians in the hotel, but there was no point in using Russian at the reception.
7. Another minus - a lot of Turks are resting. The attitude towards them is better, for sure, they cleaned the rooms, they always brought fresh newspapers to them.
8. The area around the hotel is very small for such a large hotel and so many visitors, there is little greenery.
9. Around the pools, sun loungers are always busy. . . They can be not only people, but also their towels. . . It is probably more difficult to dry them on the balcony.
10. It was not so easy to get beach towels - in this regard, we scored and went with our brought to the beach.
11. Beach: enough space, but somehow dirty. Entrance to the sea with pebbles. The sea is clean, but algae sometimes swim near the shore.
Warm sea. Beautiful blue color.
12. So let's move on to the most important thing - food!
Well what can I say guys. upset every time they came.
Firstly, the restaurant is clearly not designed for so many people. Eternal lines. In addition, it should be noted that the Russian people will not survive the former socialist system. For peaches, angry mothers almost tore each other's hair. A frightening cry: "These are my peaches, my children are hungry" - they were serving any desire to join the war for these fruits. Incidentally peaches are only 2 times a week.
Secondly, the food is monotonous. Meat is sometimes available. Almost always chicken. But all the dishes are somehow insipid... Neither salty nor peppered. In short, I didn't like it at all. Although it took some getting used to.
Thirdly, the restaurants you have to go to suck! first you need to sit out the queue with a fight with half of the Russians who want to get into this SUCKS, and then spitting millet at the table. They bring everything cold. not tasty. and about the same as in the main restaurant.
Beer by the way in these restaurants is bred with water. Horror.
13. TERRIBLE DRINKS, I DON'T EXaggerate. . . WATER IS PICKED UP IN THE TANK - I saw it myself. . . All colored waters are just tap water plus Jupi. Fe....
Lemon tea is what I always drink. reassuring yourself that there are fewer bacteria left in boiling water.
Coffee, cappuccino and so on - this is from vending machines, not tasty.
Wine - both red and white - is just awful. Especially after drinking something really tasty at home on the eve of departure.
Gin tonic is some kind of colorless yupi with vodka. Ugh. . .
No cocktails, juices....In short, terrible.

Circular letter
Copy: everywhere

Ladies and gentlemen.
It is a pity that I did not read the reviews about this tour operator and this hotel BEFORE VACATION last year, but did it only after it!
We are talking about the tour operator Teztour and the Ardisia Deluxe Resort 5 * hotel widely promoted by it. Use this operator and come to this hotel if you are a fan of the following:
- seek to have the room cleaned only once every 3-4 days, and then only after you have been walking all these days and demanding this service, starting from the reception and ending with the hotel manager;
- so that, in the end, they will come to you to clean up not when you posted a sign about it, but when the “do not disturb” sign hangs; and then the lottery - either again “fly by” with cleaning for a few days, or they will open your room without your permission and interrupt you “at the most interesting place”;
- when the shampoo or soap runs out, you can “break through” the additive only through the hotel’s general manager in 2-3 days;
- and don't dream that your underwear will be changed more than once every 6-7 days, and then only after a scandal;
- in the canteen, the battle for clean plates and cutlery almost comes to a fight; one can only dream of eating at a clean table;
- here you will fully feel like a “white man”: after standing in a huge queue you will receive food strictly for one person, so that the whole family will have to stand behind each dish in each queue, while the Turks receive food in any quantity and often without a queue and , because of this, you, most likely, simply will not get it;
- “white people” in bars will receive drinks in disposable plastic containers, while Turks will be served in glass or ceramics;
- in the pool you will swim with charming aboriginal women who dive in full attire, ranging from bloomers to hijab, so you won’t understand whether she is swimming, or she has arranged a “laundry” next to you;
- every day in the morning at the Teztour counter you will observe the queue of vacationers who still could not stand the nerves from this five-star service and are eager to move anywhere, if only from here; but it was not there! ; Teztour will provide you with a replacement at no extra charge on your part, but it will be a maximum of 3 stars, not by the sea and in a cheap area; if you want to exchange for something better - pay Teztur and not a little!
- Well, complain to Teztur about Teztur himself - yes, as much as you like! ; but one can not even dream of putting a mark and signature in a copy of the complaint that it has been accepted for official consideration.

To be completely objective, I will say that with great difficulty I still remembered two positive moments in the rest in this hotel. The first is the beach. And for lovers of the sun and for lovers of continuous shade - there is a place for everyone. The second is an animator who appeared on the beach every two or three days. The guy tried.
But to my misfortune to find that I was an English speaker, he tried his best to use me to work with him as an interpreter, even when I myself did not want to participate in the entertainment.

Here, in order not to take up your time, only a small fraction of those extreme sensations that await you are described, if you choose this tour operator and this hotel. Enough for a whole story. By the way, when asked if they are not afraid of negative reviews and anti-advertising, they made it clear to me that they are too “fat and beautiful” and the opinion of vacationers is “on the drum” for them. Oh well! I wish them success.
I'm not afraid to sign with my real name. Let this company know the one to whom they spoiled the rest.
Nikolaev T. V.

P. S. By the way, initially, in the contract for travel services, I forced the travel agency to enter the entire list of services that they never provided me.
So let them just try to make claims against me for this letter - I wish them success in this matter!

P. P. S. But they were right that it would be very difficult to complain about them! Review sites for Teztour and this hotel are most often blocked. So if anyone does read this review, it is in spite of their opposition!

Finally a vacation, where to go with a child? Of course, to Turkey with Teztur. The tickets were bought and off we went. Meeting, transfer, etc. Teztur worked out like clockwork. Everything is wonderful, we are looking forward to a long-awaited vacation - the sun, the sea, Ardisia de luxe, the hotel is only 2 years old, new, beautiful.
The resettlement began, which lasted an hour and a half, the children were already tired.
We got a 2-storey room on the sixth, last floor, four beds, 2 on each floor overlooking the stinky river with frogs and mosquitoes. There is a steam room in the room, we are under the roof, the air conditioners do not work because it is “winter”, they will be turned on only from May 15th. The balcony cannot be opened, mosquitoes. We go to the reception with a request to change the room. They promised to fix it, while they giggled at the expense of the air conditioner, it didn’t work on the first floor, it drove hot air on the second floor, there was no ventilation.
We were given a look at 3 rooms, all on the 6th floor, 2-room or a similar 2-storey one, it was simply impossible to breathe in them, the stuffiness was terrible. They just mocked.
You are Russians, and this will do for you. We needed (ordered and paid for) a regular room with a double bed + a bed for a child, and not a two-story one, which is not safe for a child. As a result, at 21 o'clock, when it is time for the child to sleep, we have already made a scandal. The situation was saved by the representative of Teztur, who only said a few words in Turkish to the main receptionist and immediately found the right room on the third floor.
In all the rooms we looked at, the bathroom sets were different (hats, shampoo, etc. ), free drinks in the fridge (where they were, where they were not), the balconies were not cleaned everywhere.
Some equipment was broken and could not be repaired (the mirror in the bathroom was torn off, balcony handles, plastic partitions and shelves in the refrigerator).
Life has begun.
Getting a beach towel was very problematic. Despite the fact that we arrived at the indicated time at the booth, it was closed, a large crowd gathered, three delegations were sent to the reception, nothing helped. Finally, after an hour of waiting, an employee appeared with a small cart of towels, which could not be enough for everyone. Then the opening hours were changed, but the problem was not solved, vacationers carried towels with them and dried them on the balcony, since the chances of getting a towel in the morning are extremely small.
What caught my eye - the pools are not equipped with drains (saving in a black way), resulting in constant water around the pools that no one cleans (the tiles are slippery, everyone constantly falls). Dirt. Umbrellas were sorely lacking. Vacationers just dragged each other.
And most importantly - the pools were cleaned very badly and not regularly, the water was just muddy, there was dirt at the bottom. Hence the vacationers and conjunctivitis.
The beach is a little better with sun loungers, but the beach area is also poorly cleaned, from time to time a tractor was launched along the beach, creating an obstacle course when approaching the sea. If someone lacks a sunbed, then for your money they have self-service - take a sunbed from the underpass and bring it yourself.
The slides were universally loved, but there are queues here too. They worked from 10-30 to 12 and from 14 to 16 (the most harmful sun and a break for lunch and sleep for children).
While taking a shower "at rush hour" there is not enough hot water - you have to wash yourself with cold water.
In order to save money, the elevators in the wings of the building are simply turned off when people go to the beach in the morning or return in the evening. Only the central elevators, as well as service ones, work without interruption.
Room service - every day in different ways, towels were changed, but they were not constantly reported on the number, I had to go to the reception to swear at the reception, the dollars left on the pillow did not make the weather.
Bed linen not ironed, sometimes badly washed (saving on powder). The staff doesn't say hello.
Well, the restaurant is a separate story. Firstly, the restaurant is small for such a number of residents. The buffet is disgusting. There was practically no meat, except for grilled liver. For sweets (an extremely scarce assortment and not always tasty), there is an eternal queue and not everyone has enough, as in other matters, and for the main course (fish or chicken), you can stand up to 40 minutes. There is simply not enough food.
There is no children's menu in principle, although there is everything for this in the description of the hotel and in the children's corner. Milk is only for breakfast, disguised as a barrel with an advertisement for Lipton tea, it is unrealistic to get it the rest of the time.
Waiter work is disgusting. They sit at the same table in 2 or even 3 shifts. The dishes are not cleaned well, you can wait a very long time for table setting, as a result, all vacationers know which drawer to take forks and knives from.
Dirt.
There may not be enough wine. Very often coffee and tea machines do not work. There is an unpleasant smell around the devices, unsanitary conditions. Dishes are disgusting. Vacationers find it difficult to find clean cups (without plaque and traces of lipstick). And the presence of plastic dishes in the RESTAURANT? Beer, wine in a plastic glass? No comments…
Well, on weekends, guards, mass check-in of Turkish families and Turkish children's camps. Well, there's nothing here at all. Constant showdowns over sunbeds (the Turks simply throw off your things and take a sunbed, steal things). Noise, din, constant police visits to the hotel about theft and fights.
There is a problem with tables in the restaurant, the queues are increasing N-th number of times. In the evenings, it is not possible to fall asleep because of the whooping and clapping of the resting Turks.
In general, not a hotel, but a real “5-star” garbage dump, in the evening the illumination lights up on the facade and only three stars are lit in the hotel name, which is closer to reality.
Usually, when they left, they always envied the new arrivals, but this time we sympathized with them.
This hotel can be liked only by those who are in Turkey for the first time and have nothing to compare with, or those who have not dried out (they don’t care).
And keep in mind, gentlemen, the prices for this hotel are now dumping, but only cheese in a mousetrap is free.
