The fact is that this is not just a hotel for relaxation. This hotel has on its territory therapeutic reservoirs (lakes with mineral water), a medical base and a SPA with a hammam, a jacuzzi with mineral water. For me it was a very important moment.
Nobody REPORTS that the SPA in the hotel is not working. Everything is closed, there is dirt in the pools, dry leaves, branches. Shower cabins in the web.
After my appeals and communication with the host manager (Timur), the door to the SPA was opened and sometimes the sauna was turned on in the evenings (I don’t need it).
When asked when the SPA will work, the hotel replied: this year the SPA will not work.
Nutrition. Friends, this is pure bullying. In Turkey, I went to this hotel half-starved. I will describe the food.
Breakfast. A slice of cheese, a slice of cheese, one egg, a spoonful of honey in a package, a spoonful of jam in a package, a few olives, butter in a package. Tea. Coffee: nescafe (instant, poured by the waiter). NO MILK. They offered only powdered chemical milk. How can this be at all? Is there no MILK for breakfast at the hotel?
Additionally offered yogurt or porridge. Yoghurt: An unpalatable white product (natural) that resembles Greek yogurt. Porridge: oat flakes (dry), filled with warm milk (does it mean that there is still milk? ). As you understand, it is impossible to eat such porridge. They don't know that porridge needs to be boiled?
Lunch and dinner looked the same. You can choose from three options: chicken, fish or meatballs. They are garnished with a spoonful of rice, a spoonful of salad and a handful (in the volume of a spoon) of french fries. Everything. And tea, as always. Sometimes they gave two slices of watermelon for dinner (for two), sometimes two apples (one per person), nectarines (one per person).
NOTHING works in the hotel. Not a single bar, not a single additional restaurant. There is nothing. We bought fruits, biscuits, sweets and other things in the store. That's the only way they lasted. After a week of "rest" I could no longer see fish, chicken and meatballs. Separately, we can say about the volume of the chicken: this is a thin slice of the size of an average steak.
Once again, I was hungry within an hour after any meal. Nothing else has been offered.
I believe that the tour operator deliberately hides the information about the non-working SPA in the hotel. Or misled by the hotel and mislead tourists. In other Turkish hotels, everything works, including the spa, they just usually limit the number of guests staying in the spa at the same time (they ask to sign up, for example).
Also, there are no problems with food in other Turkish hotels. We were driving to the airport with a couple from another hotel, they said that they were fed to the slaughter and that was it. And pastries, and sweets, and fruits, a huge variety of dishes, no restrictions.

True, in the end, the room turned out to be very hot, because under the roof and after lunch and until the evening the sun shone in it, we left and left the air conditioner in the room, it cooled while we were not there, but the air conditioning is still weak. Wi-fi is available on all floors, it catches well. The noise of the planes, in principle, did not interfere, but if you want complete silence, it is better to buy ear plugs.
As for the food, in principle, normal food, the only thing that was too much oil for me, and vegetables and meat, and all this in a lot of vegetable oil. We liked that there was an afternoon snack, tea or coffee, pastries sweet and not sweet. By the way, the rooms do not have a kettle and a set for tea and coffee, so if you want to drink hot, you need to take a mini kettle with you.
We did not go to the market, though one day the market came to the hotel, you can buy sweets, fruits. Not far from the hotel, but not on the territory, 10 minutes walk, there is a store, the prices are cheap, you don’t have to bargain, you can buy from personal hygiene products to food, juices, ice cream, wine, sweets. There is nowhere else to go, well, except for the sea. The hotel has a good SPA center, there are 2 jacuzzis, they do different massages, I personally liked the facial massage)

The hotel rooms are small - no with 40 sq. m. The villa can be accommodated in several rooms of different people, and the shower and toilet are one. The territory of the hotel is very large, there is where to walk in the evening, the palm trees are very beautifully illuminated. Once a week they take them to Dalaman to the market for $10. Near the hotel there is a market (100m). Dalaman airport has very decent free trade shops, good souvenirs, not very expensive and VERY friendly staff. The hotel is going to work in the winter. A good place to treat the body and soul, the doctor is friendly, attentive.
