Excellent hotel in a picturesque location. I arrived at the hotel at about 7 am, but was settled only around 14.00. The room is excellent and fully consistent with the pictures and the one I bought (indicated in the voucher), which was very pleasing. Be careful when buying a tour. The rooms in the hotel are of different categories and prices. For example, the cheapest Anex room is a room in the basement. I had a standard with a French balcony, and this is what I got. I left my things in a special room for luggage and went to the beach. The hotel has its own beach, very spacious, the sea is generally a fairy tale - excellent !! ! The hotel employee Omar, who is responsible for the beach, carefully ensures that the hotel sunbeds are not occupied by strangers, so that there are always enough sunbeds for all hotel guests at any time. The food is good and varied, lots of greens and vegetables, salads, soups, etc.
I was pleasantly surprised by the work of the staff of this hotel, everyone works like bees, while being very friendly to the guests. Osame and Ahmed worked in shifts at the reception - both speak Russian fluently and enthusiastically helped in all organizational matters. Martin stands at the bar - also a very friendly person; because I don’t drink alcohol, so I can’t say anything about its quality, but I really liked cola, sprite and orange fresh. There is also a drink bar on the beach. It’s a bit far to go to the beach, and in the heat you don’t feel like it at all, although many tourists, even with children, always walked. There is a shuttle bus to the beach. The bus leaves clearly, at exactly the appointed time approximately every hour, which is very convenient. I have never had any problems with transport.
In the pool, the water is very warm, it feels like 27-29 degrees! Children sour there for hours without getting out, water slides work twice a day. Animation for children only in the evening - cartoons, dances, contests, the rest of the time, parents will have to deal with them on their own. Given that the hotel is a club hotel, small tourists quickly get to know each other, which creates a warm and pleasant atmosphere for relaxation and contributes to the rapid dissemination of up-to-date information among vacationers (about excursions, hotel services, etc. ).

A separate plus is the hotel area - clean, well-groomed, lots of tables under sprawling trees. The room was cleaned every day. Of the minuses - the air conditioner in the restaurant was not always turned on and sometimes it was very hot there at lunchtime, the bus to the beach in the morning should have been done more often, add a couple more of his walkers (trips) from 8 to 10 in the morning there and between 11 to 13 back from the beach - this would add comfort for tourists. Also, I have never seen my guide - Servet, although he immediately responded to the message in viber and gave an answer to my question. I gave this hotel an excellent rating. Excellent value for money, I recommend! Have a good rest everyone!
