Ужас, не кому не советую! Terrible, I do not recommend to anyone!

I have not seen the worst hotel yet, firstly it is absolutely not 4, but according to level 3 without a plus! We stayed in June of this year. CHECK-IN: we arrived early in the morning, they refused to even put on bracelets, no persuasion and the fact that they were with the children did not help, they said before 14.00 go wherever you want (outside the hotel in the sense), we slept on the street in front of the hotel, it was time for breakfast, they asked to feed us though if the children were told only for money, after payment they put on bracelets and let them in to eat.
ROOMS: and then the rubbish continued, they took us to the room (in the basement floor, so to speak), a terrible stench of dampness and a refrigerator covered in mold, after a request to relocate, they said only with a surcharge of $ 40, nowhere to go, paid extra, moved to the floor above, to more less normal number.
FOOD: very little, it’s clear that they save a lot if you don’t come before opening, they could have breakfast with cucumbers alone, pancakes only two pieces per person, and then if you have time (rare redneck), lunches and dinners are more or less the same, not a lot, but hungry were not and thanks for that.

Bar: Martin works at the bar, he is also a barman, gin diluted with water somewhere 50/50, he pours plums into beer, and without hesitating to do it right in front of you, he got drunk with wine, after which he bought beer in a shop next door.
Conclusion: I do not recommend this TRASH HOTEL to anyone! Separate greetings to the Join Up travel agency and the representative at the Shahu hotel, who, apart from soaring excursions three times more expensive than in reality, does nothing else!
P. S. The hotel staff absolutely do not speak Russian, so if you do not speak English, it will be even more fun ; -)
