They refused to change the room, only 4 days later offered to go to the reception, look at another room, arguing that the hotel is overcrowded, but this is not true, because it was clear that the hotel has free rooms and September is not high season. The room is located near the road, it is impossible to sleep, it is impossible to ventilate, because the room is on the ground floor overlooking the blank walls, and leave with an open beam was not safe at all. The air conditioner works only when you are in the room, when you leave the room it automatically turns off, you do not fall asleep with it, because it buzzes overhead. For the view from the room I rate 0!
