The hotel is located in the village of Turunc, from Dalaman Airport about 2.5 hours by two buses (large to Marmaris, then small along the serpentine road to Turunc). We arrived around 11pm. Met, fed a specially left dinner, opened a bar for us, settled - quickly and without problems. I got a room with a non-working air conditioner - the next day they moved it to a normal one.
The hotel rooms are built in the form of terraces- ledges along the mountainside, some of the rooms are grouped into one building with entrances from a common corridor (these rooms have sea views and huge balconies, there are about 10 of them), some have separate entrances with terraces and sea views, part is located higher, also with separate entrances from the street, but without a sea view. The rooms are refurbished, but with traces of "quick refurbishment", but, in general, look fresh. Beds, mattresses, linen - standard, cleaning every few days, linen was not changed for a week, towels were changed. Bathrooms are fresh, plumbing fixtures are fresh, shower cabins are very unsuccessfully made - just a glass partition, water after a shower throughout the bathroom... they put shampoos, gels, soap, but they are like that... if only it was considered. Hot water during the day (while the sun is there) is stable, in the evening it becomes summer.
The territory is green, quite well-groomed. Palm trees, bushes with flowers, pomegranates, tangerines and huge beautiful pine trees grow on the territory, some of them go right through the terraces of the rooms. Beautiful. This is the only place on the coast where they are (pines). Lots of stairs. There are practically no urns, so in secluded corners there are bunches of bulls. The pool is small but there is enough space. Clean.

The food is high quality, satisfying, but monotonous. Daily the same set of snacks (tomatoes, cucumbers, salads, stewed-grilled vegetables) and side dishes (fried potatoes every other day, rice, pasta, some kind of cereal) and a meat dish - one or two (mainly nuggets and some then incomprehensible meatballs). Dinner was varied a couple of times with grilled fish, chicken thighs and something else. Puree type soups, not really. Desserts are monotonous pieces of biscuit smeared with something. Watermelon, apples, pears, grapes, several types of olives for breakfast, figs, raisins, cheeses. The sous-chef really distributes meat dishes in portions into plates, but if you ask for two or come up for an addition, he pours it without any problems. This is how they struggle with not eating food : ) An hour before dinner - a snack, pizza (such as fornetti) and a biscuit. The same every day. In general, food for tourists who are not very pretentious in terms of variety and culinary delights.
There are two bars included in all inclusive - one near the pool, the second in the buffet (works during meals). Gin, vodka, cancer. Edible. Wine - red and white. Did not like. Beer. Like beer... Juices (from packages, but the sediment of the powder in the glass remains). About tomato juice seems not heard at all. Fanta cola sprite. There is no tonic. There is no ice. Haven't heard of cocktails either. There are coffee makers with instant cappuccino coffee.
Staff - mostly students on a part-time basis. They smile. Most know a minimum of English and Russian. Manager Abdullah speaks excellent Russian. Tourists - mainly Russia, Ukraine, Moldova. The Turks come for the weekend.
The beach is pebbly, the entrance to the sea is very small pebbles, it's normal for the feet. The depth starts from five meters from the shore, there are practically no waves. The water is crystal clear, the views are amazing. The beach is public, but due to the location of the hotel at the edge of the bay there are few people. There are sun loungers and wicker umbrellas. Bring your own beach towels, the hotel does not provide. Ours was stolen at the end of the week.
The Internet is so-so, it works confidently only in the reception area and lobby.
The village itself is small, the length along the coastline along the bay is about 700 meters. In the evening, the central street is closed for transport and there is a large promenade with souvenir shops and all sorts of eating establishments. Prices are moderate. There is a Migros supermarket. A lot of excursion offices. If you wish, you can go to Marmaris by minibus, about 20-25 minutes drive, travel 6 lira (roughly 1 dollar) - there is a large bazaar and chain clothing stores.
Wishes for the hotel - to diversify the menu and the bar, remove traces of repairs from the rooms, put trash cans / ashtrays on the territory and reconstruct the reception and lobby to a more presentable appearance. AND TOMATO JUICE!

Separately, about tour operators. Sells a tour in Kyiv JoinUp, bought through the agency "Let's go with us" (Kyiv), the host of Peninsula tours Antalya. Everyone worked well, except for the delay of the return flight for 7 hours by the wonderful company Anda Air with their two planes... The prices for excursions from hotel guides are 1.5-2 times higher than the street ones.
Summary: The hotel is suitable for 4 * on formal grounds. I would say 3*+. Wonderful location, nature, sea, mountains, climate. Actually, for this and "+". Quiet and comfortable. An excellent choice for a relatively inexpensive and relaxing holiday for people who do not require increased attention to their person and a high level of service.
There were four of us - me, wife, daughter 25 years old, son 15 years old. Everyone liked it (given that we are familiar with 4 * -5 * resorts of the Dominican Republic and Mexico). Ready to go there again.
Hello Abdullah ; ) !
