Ужасный отель, не советую Terrible hotel, do not recommend

And so . . we rested in this hotel from July 30 to August 8. Just hit the fires . . the hotel is located right under the mountain that was on fire, we were evacuated at 2 am, we slept on suitcases, on the street. The hotel administration did not deign to provide sunbeds, and at least make tea or coffee for people. With a sour face, they said wait for the morning when the bar opens. The hotels below immediately took their visitors away from the source of fire, to other hotels . . which cannot be said about us.

It is stated that 5 * ultra all inclusive, the hotel pulls on 3 *
so
- the territory of the hotel itself is small, the indoor pool is dirty, not the first freshness. The tables in the cafe are dirty, they did not even try to wash them, it is extremely unpleasant to sit. The hotel is located near the cemetery!!!

- regarding cleaning, the rooms are dirty, although the furniture is more or less fresh. In the bathroom, everything is stained, in dirty deliveries. They don't respond to the "please clean up" sign. Only when you ask verbally, and then they will leave a dirty rag on the shelf, then they will simply make the bed (which they don’t change) and the cleaning is over. Towels were not changed, only when they insisted, and then changed to some old, gray (originally white) with stains, which were extremely unpleasant to use. Hygiene products (soap, shampoo) for 10 days were given 1 time upon arrival. We asked 1 more time and everything stopped there . . It's good that they took it with us.
- The food is terrible. Claimed ultra, 5. Well, solid 3, with melon and watermelon fruits.
A couple of days there was meat (chicken only) and then superimposed with contempt, and not much. Desserts are nothing like jelly. Main dishes for lunch and dinner: pasta soup, french fries, bony fish and cloudy cutlets that cannot be eaten (soybeans and bread).
- a bar, the guys are friendly, but they make cocktails so-so, in a mojito 1/4 lemon slices and not a lot of mint, it happened with hands that they just wiped sweat from their foreheads. So, in principle, according to the assortment, more or less, they did not try much. The hotel indicates that they have a beer bar where you can choose from a variety of beers. As a result, 1 beer, as in another bar.
PLASTIC GLASSES (reusable) IN TERRIBLE condition. Scratched and slightly yellowed. It was extremely unpleasant to drink from them...
- relative to the beach. The shuttle runs on time, of course, wait in line until the trail arrives. the minibus is not very good, especially when it's +45 outside.
THERE IS NOT ENOUGH SUNLOUNGE ON THE BEACH. If you don't arrive on the 1st minibus by 8 o'clock, then you will sit on the pebbles. The hotel management doesn't care.
There is no bar on the beach, only water.
- the hotel offers a kind of zest, 1 dinner for free in their fish restaurant. And laughter and sin... Alya a sea cocktail with shrimp, as a result, in this dirty yellowed glass there are 4 small shrimp and lettuce, then a fish fillet, which they already gave for a regular dinner.
- regarding the reception, we were frequent guests there, like other tourists apparently... it was hard to get into the room, the locks were constantly buggy. I had to go to them so that they would give the key again
- about the hotel in general, the air conditioning does not work in the lobby, the elevator worked 1 for the whole hotel!! ! Until they started asking for the 2nd, only then did they start doing something . .

As indicated by the hotel, sauna, hammam, gym, free of charge.
In our country, it was generally closed, but alas... they don’t have a hamam at all.
There was a moment when I approached the reception and asked for a 5 * certificate, but that they told me it wasn’t there, we’ll show it in the evening... and they disappeared.

This hotel is no longer a foot, and I do not advise you either.
