Hello! Rested with family in July 2021 (10 days). Hotel guests: around 80% are citizens of Ukraine. In fairness, I’ll tell my Russian compatriots in reproach - I have never had to make a remark to our Slav brothers regarding obscene language due to its complete absence (which, unfortunately, cannot be said about tourists from Russia, who are not particularly shy about using swear wordsand expressions, including with children! ). Pros: - renovated rooms; - all the staff are trying their best to "pull" the hotel to 5 *, but in fact it turns out 3 * (see "cons"). - the beach is small pebbles, the sea is clear, but... it is a bay with a large cross-country ability of yachts, boats, sightseeing and other ships and other water equipment with all the consequences... Minuses: - small area of ​ ​ the hotel. One 5-storey building, in which the rooms face 2 sides, one of which overlooks the cemetery (some write that they didn’t notice it right away, I don’t know - it was in full view from the 4th floor. As a result, we managed to move to anotherside);
- the main food is very monotonous. From fruits: melon, watermelon, peaches were given once. Confectionery - none, ice cream - not bad. Quarantine measures are a huge queue in one column along the entire long distribution (in the daytime this "movement" takes place under the scorching sun, which is especially noticeable); - minibus on the sea (journey time 7 minutes +/-) that's another quest: the queue for the first (departure at 8:00) had to be taken somewhere from 6:30. During rush hours (both to the beach and from the beach) - it's always a crush, often with a certain... "emotional upsurge" of those who want to leave. It so happened that the second or third minibus for some reason went to the beach... first (i. e. people who were first in line from early morning in fact left the second or third minibus. Moreover, sun loungers and umbrellas on the beachare available in much smaller numbers than the actual number of vacationers... with all the consequences... ). On the beach from drinks and snacks - only drinking water, and even that was not always;
- there are 2 slides in the outdoor pool, the schedule of which is very illogical (somewhere around 4 p. m. they were closed for some reason, although it seems like it's time to open them); - animation (including children's) - did not like it (there is something to compare with). During the day - very sluggish, mini-disco - standard, and the following "show programs" - frankly none, and even those ends at max at 22:30. There are no discos (although, I think, for at least 40 it would be possible to organize a dance for adult vacationers without detriment to the "general concept of the hotel"); - an a la carte restaurant (right there on the street, just as part of the main restaurant) - an unhealthy hype (we didn’t get in), but we weren’t really upset about it either; )- room cleaning - only upon verbal request (there is no reaction to the signs "please remove my number"); - room key cards often did not work, so I had to go down to the reception again to flash the cards (the device did not always work for this either... ); - the choice of drinks for the ultra all inclusive system is frankly weak.

Neither pluses nor minuses: a fitness center (a treadmill, an archaic exercise bike, a pair of dumbbells - in general, one name), as well as a spa center (just some "tourists" post photos of an allegedly hotel hamam with their review), in factIn fact, they have not been working for a long time, of course - covid... As a result, taking into account the above (bearing in mind that this hotel is positioned as 5 * with the "uitra all" system), I would objectively put 2.5 points (because not everything is bad, but not everything is satisfactory either), but with a stretch I put 3 points and only because of the daily efforts of the staff to "pull the hotel by the ears" to higher rates (maybe they will appear over time?... )Conclusion: "I will not return here again" and I would not advise my family and friends...
