We paid good money and expected to receive the chic promised 4-star rooms, but upon arrival, almost no one was given a room in a good hotel for Russian tourists. They were settled in the neighboring hotel Mersoy Exclusive, there are 3 stars, air conditioners do not work and the rooms on one side of the building are heated by the sun and the room is very stuffy and the air conditioner does not cool and makes noise. The other side is noisy and overlooks the road, roaring motorcyclists and cars drive until the morning and it is impossible to sleep. We were told at the reception that there were no places in the hotel, the rooms that we bought, and therefore they pushed everyone into the next building. We're still lucky! ! The girls who arrived before us threw a tantrum at the reception. They were settled in a basement-fungal room with no windows where to be, dangerous to health, besides, it stank strongly. Don't be fooled by pretty pictures! Almost 100% Europeans or Russians who are incredibly lucky live in these Bellavista rooms. Our guide Dmitry from Anex said to bite the bullet and endure, because the hotel resells our rooms to Europeans at exorbitant prices))) came to the reception several times and we were told that there were no rooms in a good building (
