To say that everything is great is far from true. the hotel pulls on good 3 *. but a lot depends on what mood you are going there.
small houses for 8 rooms are located in a pine forest. the area is not cleared at all. everything is running. well renovated rooms. no mold or mildew. cleaning in about a day. but the cleaning includes wiping the floor, you should not count on more. with towels is a different story))) they were changed periodically... 2 towels + one as a rug in the bathroom are allocated for each. so they changed them as they wanted. when 2 change and 2 don't. once they removed the wet ones from the balcony and laid them out in rhombuses on the bed. why?! ! unclear. the foot towels didn’t have time to dry at all and on the 4th day I just laid it out to the door... they took it away, but they didn’t give me a new one. but that's not a big problem. and I approached it with humor. )))
The food suited me just fine. according to the reviews of other tourists (crossed paths on excursions), they had no idea what meat was. We had it 3 times a day.

the beach is no problem at all.
according to rumors, we realized that this hotel was recently bought by another person and they began to put things in order in it. so if they put the territory in order and take the staff into a strict framework, then the hotel will be very worthy. and the only problem is the staff.
Would I come back here again? rather yes than no. because the location (pine forest, mountains and its own beach) decide a lot))
