Without ceremony, we were thrown the keys - we were looking for ourselves - where is our number. opening the door, they saw the following picture: dirty gray sheets, almost black, with stains, there were also stains on the carpet and mattress, which no one had cleaned after the previous tenants. There was a fridge, but it didn't work, it was broken. TV worked well. opening the bathroom were killed by shock, a cockroach was sitting on the sink 5 centimeters !!! ! my friend immediately had a heart attack, I rushed for the camera to take this disgrace. . but the insect quickly withdrew into the moisture-soaked wooden cabinet under the sink. . instead of a bathtub and a shower cabin, a tray was located on 2 square meters, where the shower, toilet bowl and sink merged. barely one person had to turn around. a strange curtain was attached to the shower. she did not reach the floor, so all the water from the shower poured half onto the floor, half into a low tray, flooding the bathroom and the hallway in the room. so that the water does not flood so much, there was a towel nearby to collect water, politely left by the maid)))))))) all the cleaning of the room consisted in the fact that we were taking garbage from the basket. We didn't get cleaning or change of linen either for money or just like that. since the requests had no effect, we ourselves smashed the cleaning lady's cart, seeing her on our floor or someone else's (we scooped up clean towels, sheets, soap). I note, soap and gels, shampoos are very competently purchased at the hotel, they stink so that even a fool will not wash them. continuous savings in the hotel - they are not spent by guests. even we, not spoiled in the past by 3-star girls, used all ours. so as not to stink later in society with anything from this shower gel. food was almost vegetarian. there were days when there was no meat, no chicken, no fish at all for lunch or dinner, only stewed vegetables, fresh, in salads. from fruits-watermelons and melons, green. soy patties. . . some other semi-finished products. . fried sausage type. . or another number for a smile - the dish was always signed. for example, there is a tray with food - it says "pasta with meat", you open it. . there is pasta with meat sauce. . there is no meat. and what a beach, my good! ! never removed. . heaps of algae around. . cigarette butts. . rubbish in trash cans goes out. . part of the sunbeds are not suitable, broken, part of the second is not enough for everyone. you will be struggling yourself, dragging yourself a sunbed, as the beach boy does not want to do this even for money. the staff is lethargic. . rude often. under your request do not bend over. you will repeat a hundred times in vain, because they can barely connect two words in English. either the end of the season, and we were not lucky. whether it is always. it is hard to say. drinks are swill, wine is almost water, gin with a medicinal smell. On the day of check-in, the transfer brought us to the hotel late. . and we were starving until the very evening, since the hamburger is only served closer to dinner (there are no snacks when you can come up and eat something between main meals). another joke! ! on the first day we decided to go to bar street as a way to de-stress from the creepy hotel. went to the bus, all the staff saw! but we missed the bus and went back to sleep in the room. at night, at 2.20 the door opened and a Turk came in with his keys. we are awesome!! ! sleeping, not understanding anything, we rushed into a skirmish with him. . he carried some kind of heresy, like he is a hotel worker and he needs to check our room. At night!!! ! they barely threw him out of the room. in the morning we were looking for a manager for a long time, to quarrel about what had happened. everything was put on the brakes. . the whole day they chased the manager in vain. We were put forward different ideas of what happened to the reception. . but we never received any explanation. people, if you respect yourself, if you do not want to spoil your holiday, do not try to relax in this hotel!!! ! separately about the tour operator Riviera-Intourist (they have now merged into one company). we asked to be moved to another hotel, even for a surcharge. in response, neither our travel agency "SIATT" in Novosibirsk, nor the tour operator Riviera lifted a finger. having lost 3 days of vacation for dismantling and swearing, we spit on everything and began to rest, appearing as rarely as possible in our hell-hotel. .
