There was a fridge, but it didn't work, it was broken. TV worked well. opening the bathroom were killed by shock, a cockroach was sitting on the sink 5 centimeters !!! ! my friend immediately had a heart attack, I rushed for the camera to take this disgrace. . but the insect quickly withdrew into the moisture-soaked wooden cabinet under the sink. . instead of a bathtub and a shower cabin, a tray was located on 2 square meters, where the shower, toilet bowl and sink merged. barely one person had to turn around. a strange curtain was attached to the shower. she did not reach the floor, so all the water from the shower poured half onto the floor, half into a low tray, flooding the bathroom and the hallway in the room. so that the water does not flood so much, there was a towel nearby to collect water, politely left by the maid)))))))) all the cleaning of the room consisted in the fact that we were taking garbage from the basket. We didn't get cleaning or change of linen either for money or just like that. since the requests had no effect, we ourselves smashed the cleaning lady's cart, seeing her on our floor or someone else's (we scooped up clean towels, sheets, soap). I note, soap and gels, shampoos are very competently purchased at the hotel, they stink so that even a fool will not wash them. continuous savings in the hotel - they are not spent by guests. even we, not spoiled in the past by 3-star girls, used all ours. so as not to stink later in society with anything from this shower gel. food was almost vegetarian. there were days when there was no meat, no chicken, no fish at all for lunch or dinner, only stewed vegetables, fresh, in salads. from fruits-watermelons and melons, green. soy patties. . . some other semi-finished products. . fried sausage type. . or another number for a smile - the dish was always signed. for example, there is a tray with food - it says "pasta with meat", you open it. . there is pasta with meat sauce. . there is no meat. and what a beach, my good! ! never removed. . heaps of algae around. . cigarette butts. . rubbish in trash cans goes out. . part of the sunbeds are not suitable, broken, part of the second is not enough for everyone. you will be struggling yourself, dragging yourself a sunbed, as the beach boy does not want to do this even for money. the staff is lethargic. . rude often. under your request do not bend over. you will repeat a hundred times in vain, because they can barely connect two words in English. either the end of the season, and we were not lucky. whether it is always. it is hard to say. drinks are swill, wine is almost water, gin with a medicinal smell. On the day of check-in, the transfer brought us to the hotel late. . and we were starving until the very evening, since the hamburger is only served closer to dinner (there are no snacks when you can come up and eat something between main meals). another joke! ! on the first day we decided to go to bar street as a way to de-stress from the creepy hotel. went to the bus, all the staff saw! but we missed the bus and went back to sleep in the room. at night, at 2.20 the door opened and a Turk came in with his keys. we are awesome!! ! sleeping, not understanding anything, we rushed into a skirmish with him. . he carried some kind of heresy, like he is a hotel worker and he needs to check our room. At night!!! ! they barely threw him out of the room. in the morning we were looking for a manager for a long time, to quarrel about what had happened. everything was put on the brakes. . the whole day they chased the manager in vain. We were put forward different ideas of what happened to the reception. . but we never received any explanation. people, if you respect yourself, if you do not want to spoil your holiday, do not try to relax in this hotel!!! ! separately about the tour operator Riviera-Intourist (they have now merged into one company). we asked to be moved to another hotel, even for a surcharge. in response, neither our travel agency "SIATT" in Novosibirsk, nor the tour operator Riviera lifted a finger. having lost 3 days of vacation for dismantling and swearing, we spit on everything and began to rest, appearing as rarely as possible in our hell-hotel. .

I liked the trip to Ephesus-Pamukkale for 2 days. $140 for two. To the Aegean Islands, To Dalyan - turtle beach. Jeep safari. Information for those who want to save money: there is a travel agency Haco tur in the hotel building on the street. So there the same excursions are 2 TIMES cheaper. And don't be afraid to take them. The tour operator bought excursions from the same man in Haco tur. If they would have known earlier, they would not have been pierced like that.

The beach is good because you have your own sun loungers and umbrellas (take your own towels from home) and they can be moved! I explain my joy: on the "city beaches" - as it is written on the sites - sunbeds and umbrellas are paid and they stand at a distance of 50 cm from each other, that is, it is impossible not to turn around in the sun, not to pass between them.
But our beach itself was hardly cleaned up, cigarette butts, pieces of paper, cups and algae, which caused after an unforeseen downpour, were not removed.
Food in general can be rated at 2 * or not at all. A very large number of tomato-cucumber-pepper-onion salads in various combinations, seasoned with caustic vinegar - it is impossible to eat, or the above separately. Five or six trays of just greens. Side dishes: McDonald's french fries, rice, pasta (sometimes with ketchup). MEAT - two types: boiled chicken (already standing across the throat) always and either lamb (if you have time to take it, they bring chicken again in that tray) or fish in the manner of our fried herring. Note - it's the same for lunch and dinner. For an afternoon snack, of course, a hamburger (where without it) and french fries, again from the same McDonald's.
Breakfasts with a variety, but not strange, also did not get away with originality (I remind you this is 4 *), again, french fries, eggs, sausages, scrambled eggs (tomatoes were added to it a day later) and all sorts of breakfast cereals + raisins (make muesli). For sweets - eat Turkish delight and sweet donuts. We have seen these donuts sold in stores in a dry form, they are poured with sweet syrup. There are no fruits at all. There were watermelon (sweet) and melon (absolutely not edible) for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Upi-type juices, we ourselves saw that this poison was poured into tanks of water.
The concept of service in this hotel is missing. The territory was almost not cleaned, though on the last day there was a semblance of activity. In the room it was noticeable that they wiped the floor with a damp cloth and wiped the mirror in the bathroom. They made the beds. Cleaning was around 4pm. The linen was never changed. Large towels were changed on the penultimate day. Hot water was given the same on the penultimate day.
I hope I provided useful information. We are not picky. Were in Egypt in 3 * - wonderful food and service, all on time. And in Vietnam in 3 * just a small number.

We found an iron for rent in one shop, paid 4 dollars (20 dollars were left as a deposit), they ironed everything in the evening and tried not to wrinkle clothes. The wardrobe was skewed, the bottom shelf was broken. We settled right in front of the restaurant, where the music was blaring with might and main almost until the morning, and nearby bars and restaurants turned on a moderate sound, they were very grateful to Allah for Friday prayers, as it was the only quiet evening and good night. The hotel's beach is located 1 km somewhere from the hotel, but who will go to this beach in such heat? ! we went to the beach near the hotel, for the beach you need to pay 2.5 dollars per day (this is with a sun lounger and umbrella). Discos of a good level, walk somewhere, you can walk well! and in Marmaris it's all at the highest level! so a lot of money for the hotel and did not want to pay! after all, you still spend a lot of money on cocktails on the bar street (entrance to all discos is free), on bars, on souvenirs, on an excursion! We went on an excursion to the Aegean Islands (it is not necessary to buy tickets from your travel agency !!!!!!!!!!! ! it is much cheaper to buy tickets in the building of a neighboring hotel! it is not dangerous at all! everything is fine! and I would advise you to go on excursions to at the beginning of the holiday, you can meet someone else) And, another minus: there is no night bus from the disco from the hotel! meet someone from a nearby hotel, there is a bus both to bar street and back at night! There are beaches there, but they either belong to other hotels or city ones (at the entrance to the sea, bottles, cigarette butts, even elderly German tourists warned us not to swim there).
