The hotel as for me almost corresponds to its 5 stars. The only negatives are that the building and the rooms are morally a little outdated and sometimes rushing from the sewer in the evenings. We flew with Pegas tourist from Kyiv, this hotel is exclusive to them. The operator perfectly fulfilled all his obligations. The guide is constantly at the hotel and is constantly trying to breed for cash. Immediately about the work of the GUIDE: my advice is not to go shopping where the guide sends, they say it sucks. The protso guide will receive 15-20% from your purchases. You go by minibus to Kemer or Antalya yourself and buy what you want and from whom you want. HOTEL: rooms are good, spacious, cleaning daily, reception work is excellent. Beach - 50 meters, well-groomed. Sometimes there are a lot of people, but there is always a place. The sea is beautiful, transparent and clean. FOOD - a chic buffet, fruits, vegetables, fish, meat, sweets - everything is enough and varied. Local photographers - seriously bred for loot, they say one photo is first 7 at. i. e. , you are doing a photo session, you want to choose 5 photos, they already say 10 cu. e. , and then they refuse to sell at all, only from 100 c. u. e. - here is such a local business. ANIMATION - for me this is not an indicator at all, but many tourists really liked it. The attitude of the attendants is also excellent, to everyone, no matter where the tourist is from. And one more thing about the hotel: if you want not to hear and not see Russian-speaking tourists on vacation, you are not here. According to my observation in the hotel, 60% are Russians, 15% are Turks, 15% are Ukrainians, Belarusians, other representatives of the former union, the rest are Europeans. I still think the hotel is one of the best in Kemer in terms of price / quality ratio (although it is located in the village of Goynuk). Whether or not you go is up to you, of course.
