If you buy a ticket through a normal travel agency, you will not have any problems with this hotel. Therefore, do not listen to anyone and go there if you want to have a great rest. In my opinion, the hotel is certainly not suitable for everyone, I would not advise going there with small children - the music rattles until midnight, and tourists hang out under the windows in general until the morning. But if you are going to have fun with friends, you will not find better. Very pleasant and most importantly unobtrusive and well-mannered staff, food is generally 5+ fed and watered for days, and everything is delicious. Animation every evening, though not always super interesting, but everything is compensated by parties, trips to the club and funny animators.
We were settled for a maximum of 15 minutes, despite the fact that we arrived late at night, they also offered to feed us dinner. The sea is clean, the pool is huge, a large selection of active pastimes: volleyball, basketball, aerobics, water polo, etc. In general, even if we wanted to, we would have nothing to complain about!
