I had to leave the hotel 4 days early (I still have a reservation, the situation happened 2 days ago). In total I had 11 paid days. I never had problems with security, I didn’t create noise, I calmly spent a week as an ordinary visitor (although there are still enough scandals in the hotel due to the large amount of free alcohol and bad manners of the same vacationers, but even this did not spoil the rest, we knew where we go). 2 days ago I came to pick up the rest of my things from the room. I live in Istanbul. We came with my fiancé to take my family to another beach for one day and return back to Istanbul in the evening, there was simply no desire to continue the vacation.
We did not plan to stay at the hotel. And then we were greeted with the words: get out of the hotel, crown (I immediately remembered the sunbeds and the whole kalabalk on the beach). I repeated that I am a hotel guest and I would like to pick up my things, and that my husband wait for me in the lobby. I was told rudely that it was impossible. We were later given 15 minutes. Of course, there were no alternatives to stay. "If you want to be here - 300 euros, if you don't want to, go outside the hotel. " After I took my things, we sat for a few more minutes to call a taxi (every minute was counted), so we could not wait for our family, we were kicked out. I wanted to take myself a glass of cola (all the same, with my own money). holding out my passport, I asked to give me my bracelet.
They told me to take it where I left it. My fiance could not stand it and told him not to talk to the girl in such a tone, not to behave like a child and just give me a bracelet. To which they told me (attention (! )): "I will never allow you to rest in this hotel again, do not come again. " In response to this, of course, I promised to write a review so that the hotel administration knew this. I don't want to hurt anyone or create problems, but unfortunately this is not acceptable and I can't recommend the hotel to anyone after that. But if you still choose this hotel, I wish you a good rest, and in no case take a room near the restaurant (very noisy at night because of the open restaurant where everyone comes to eat after the party) and walk in the room only in shoes ( situation it remained a mystery how glass ended up in our room. Perhaps it accidentally got in with a rag from the cleaning lady. The glass got into my leg. Most likely they don’t vacuum (although they left a tip every day) but this would not be a problem, there are accidents and during The rest of the staff are friendly and courteous.
