The advantage of the hotel is a beautiful view from the balcony and staff who knows Russian (probably from the former Soviet Central Asian republics). There are a lot of cons. Firstly, very far from the sea - 30 min. on foot, 2.5 km with a pedometer. Rooms are old and shabby. Air conditioners (from other rooms) are installed on neighbors' balconies and hum terribly. Accordingly, you cannot control their work in any way, it is impossible to sleep. Breakfast is poor, dishes are chipped. Very bad housekeeping. Also, the hotel is on a mountain, so it has a lot of steep stairs. Climbing / descending with a suitcase is a whole test. Spoiled vacation. I do not recommend to anyone.
