Stayed at this hotel with my son. And we liked the hotel. For the territory of the hotel, I would give all 11 points. The area is small but well maintained. Lots of fruit trees and a small olive grove. Very nice view from the room. We were in a room with a view of both the city and the forest, and a little in the distance behind the roofs of the houses you could see the sea. Breakfast is monotonous, but we really liked it. We were in Turkey. And the Turkish breakfast is vegetables, herbs, 4 types of olives, 3 types of cheese, jams, watermelon, tea, coffee, that was exactly what was at the hotel. The son was delighted that they gave french fries every other day. Everything is fresh and plentiful.
The only thing in the room was that the air conditioner hummed a little (like a refrigerator), but after 10 minutes this hum was not noticed. And the air from the air conditioner was very clean and it was pleasant and comfortable to stay and sleep in the room. The linen was changed once when I left 1 dollar. But it's not 5 stars. And to be honest, at home we do not change the bed every day. Garbage was taken from the room every day. In general, the rooms are very clean, although it is clear that the furniture has served for a long time. You will have to walk to the sea, but for us it was not a problem. But at night the hotel is quiet, there is no noise of cars and loud music. Only at 4 in the morning, the voice of the mule from the mosque disturbed the sleep, but this lasted no more than 5 minutes, after which I slept sweetly again.
We got real pleasure and relaxation after resting in Kemer at the Naturella hotel.

And yes, the staff is very friendly and always ready to help you and answer your questions. And the manager helped bring the suitcase to the room and down to the bus when we checked out)
