If about the staff - then everything is 10. The hotel has a small territory, everything is fine in it. The guys at the reception all made concessions, what I asked for, they did. At first they gave me one room, but then I asked for another one with a view of the mountains and the pool in the courtyard, the one that I wanted. They provided it with no problems. I love nature very much, I really liked the view of this hotel. In terms of food and animation, everything was excellent, we can say without comment. There was not only free wi-fi, as it was originally stated.
