Well, I think it's okay. Main sea and cozy room. But what happened during the check-in is nothing but a fraud, I can’t call it in any way. The hotel turned out to have several rooms whose windows overlook the blank wall of the neighboring hotel, on the street walls of these rooms there is a kitchen hood, there are garbage cans under the balconies and there is a back entrance to the kitchen. Those. a full set of "pleasures" - the view, the round-the-clock garbage "aroma" and the noise from the kitchen hood, as well as the early forced rise from the noise of food trucks and their unloading. So what the receiving party thought up: they send all those arriving to these rooms, and when people return with a request to change the room, they are offered to pay an extra $ 10 per day. Just cheeky!! ! Do not experiment with your rest. It is not known what these craftsmen will come up with in the new season, they will suddenly start taking money for going to the toilet. You need it!! !
The receptionist is in no hurry to serve you, because he has an important telephone conversation for 5 minutes. To save you time, you will be asked to hand over your passports and go to dinner. After registration, you will be escorted by the concierge to the room, which can be reached by a shabby elevator with the same "gilding" (remember that the hotel is 5 *). The room greets you with a loose card-pass holder. But the adventure doesn't end there! In the room you will find out that the light only works in the hallway and the toilet, a double switch on the wall in the room, as they say, "to the light bulb. " After complaining about the lack of light, the receptionist will offer you to drink alcohol while the technician inspects the room.
If you say that you will wait in the lobby for the result, do not expect to be informed about the work done.
Returning to the room, you will see the result of the work - one bedside floor lamp is lit. Not a problem, you say - there are already three floor lamps! Here are just one socket for three floor lamps. The double wall light switch in the room turned out to be fake. Paying attention to the ceiling, you will not see a trace of the lamps there! Well, the romantic highlight remains. But the traces of burning cigarettes on the pedestal, the loud noise of sewer masses carried through the room, as well as karaoke on the street with the performance "Young lad, everyone wants to dance with you" can ruin your romance, etc.
The site indicated that the last renovation of the hotel was in 2020, but in the middle of 2021 you will see repairs in the style of Ravshan and Jumshut: the wallpaper is peeled off, in some places they are even painted, dirt on the wall looks like from feet (who walked under the ceiling?
), mold in the shower, a toilet flush button with traces of torture, a closet like in terrible children's camps, hangers without hooks and rags hanging on the ceiling from paint, as well as an air conditioner with a built-in tractor. And do not forget that since this is a 5 * hotel and the All inclusive package, you will have to pay extra for WI-FI (for each device separately). And after a general meeting with the guide and other guests, it turns out that your room is just super luxury compared to others (room without windows, non-working air conditioning in the heat of +50, broken shower, no warm water, broken card holder and refrigerator, which heats, not cools).
Have a good rest in other hotels of the world!
Upon returning, the TUI operator's website still continued to wave "Recommended".
I read a lot of reviews that during the massage, the Turks pester and giggle. But NO! Definitely not here. Great attitude towards children. They also had a free massage. Sabinochka - the administrator of the hammam, an extraordinary girl, tea, masks, etc. And, of course, special thanks to Murat, the man who helped us in everything.
We have no complaints about the hotel specifically, others were not happy. But it all depends on the people who see what they get. Food? I'm ok. In this heat, I didn’t want to eat a lot, I had enough. I could always diversify my diet. Upon arrival, there were few Russians, there was silence and buzz.
Sincerely, Ekaterina and Stanislav.
Upon arrival of tourists, they do not give the number stated in the voucher (for example, "standard"), everyone is initially settled in a "dog kennel" with no windows at all, motivating that the rooms are all occupied and that as soon as they are free, you will immediately be moved to the norm . room, although the hotel has rooms available, if you are a Pegasus, you sell. One night they steal from everyone or lay out $ 50.
Inside the building, including the rooms, everything is shabby, on the walls (and where the reception is, at the entrance) the wallpaper on the walls is torn off everywhere. The floors in the rooms are cracked. The bathroom in the room is completely torn and constantly smells strongly of sewage, although there is a so-called exhaust fan. From the bathroom, of course, this sewer smell is constantly in the room. The air conditioner in the room hangs “on parole”, and it looks like it will fall on your head and the wall around it is broken. It’s not clear what it is holding on to.
There is no animation at all. Or rather, there are 3 people of animators (there are), but there is no work at all. Animators are fishing all day on a wild beach, they are not in the hotel, they just come to eat. Music is on the territory, only sometimes for about 1 hour, the rest time on the territory - "mourning". In the evening - complete silence. Neighboring hotels, as expected, have fun, and we sat as if someone had died. And after dinner, before going to bed, we played cards with a friend in the room and watched TV ))), as in a nursing home.
Now, on nutrition: I have never seen such a disgrace. They constantly put out yesterday's food and fry cheap fish (the same one that emits such a smell that the whole neighborhood stinks). And they put out the same fish that the people have not eaten for another 2 days , like a cold appetizer. The same with their sausage, which no one ate (they were some kind of salads cut with yesterday's pasta seasoned with yogurt), they also exhibited for 2 days. And so with all the products basically. We saved money, well, it just doesn’t fit into any gates. Personally, I talked with the hotel manager more than once. The answer was: -I have been working here only since August 01. Yes, the hotel is 3 * and it’s already the end of the season. We will close the season and there will be a grandiose renovation. But I’m not interested in what will happen next. I came to rest now. But he couldn’t do anything. Of course, I talked with many staff (there are no problems with the language), and everyone has irony and waved their hand, saying that they even money is delayed for work. But their salary does not interest me at all. It was important for me to understand what was happening in this "5 *" (in quotes of course) hotel.
To give this hotel more than 3 * is just a CRIME, dear Pegas Tourist colleagues !!!
Personally, I didn’t expect such a dirty trick from you! So deceiving your people is, of course, you excelled. I understand that everyone wants money, but not so impudently !! !
But, 5 stars is only when they sell you a tour. Actually a problematic hotel, pulling on 3 stars! 1) There are garbage cans in front of the hotel entrance, which you had to walk past when you chose to walk around the village. Terrible sight and smell ((( 2) Check-in. I arrived in the morning and was immediately offered room 1107. When they took me and showed me the number (there was not room 1107 on the door, but M-03), I was horrified: it was a shabby room with smudges on the wall and a fungus, a lopsided floor lamp. The bedside table on which the TV stood was not proportionate to this room and half blocked the entrance to the bathroom. The exit to the balcony was blocked by a bedside table, i. e. to go to the balcony I had to move the bedside table I was told that this is a standard room. 3) Security. The territory of the hotel in the beach area is freely accessible, stray dogs were running around, a stream of people passed not from our hotel, possibly locals. 4) There is no greenery in the hotel: Only about 3 sq. m, just grass, small bushes and one palm tree. 5) Gym: it had 3 broken simulators, which at the end of my stay were removed and tables were placed there for eating for those who did not want to be in a common catering unit with everyone. 6) ) In the lobby of the hotel, a large glass was broken next to the exit to the pool and the sea, fragments of large glass stuck out for several days !! ! -operator or massage. The administrator Hamza and the person in the spa itself (they say that he is not a Turk, but a Kurd, he has a lot of tattoos) - these are two people who exacerbate the already not very pleasant impression of the hotel. In general, only the sea is good there !!! ! The service in the restaurant is normal: dirty plates are quickly removed, friendly. The food is a bit monotonous, but what I tried I liked. I must say right away that I do not eat meat)). A big question for the tour operator: WHY do you sell tours to this hotel as five stars? This is a lie!! ! I would never recommend going to this hotel and using the services of PEGAS TOURIST!! !
