We were accompanied by a very nice young boy, sorry I do not remember his name. He opened the room, showing everything how it works, checking the TV, air conditioning, hair dryer. There was also a refrigerator in the room, which had water, later they collected water themselves. At first glance, my wife did not like the room, because on the ground floor and the exit to the balcony rested on the wall. I immediately went to Olya's reception desk and asked if there was another number, to which I said no, looked at the computer and replied that the number would be released in a day or two, wrote me down and told me to come. What comforted me and my wife, it was very nice for such an attitude to people!

Immediately at the reception they gave a code for Wi-Fi, though catching only at the reception and at the bar, but it was enough for us. One downside - cleaning is not high quality, I would like better, I also think the administration can regulate the issue. In conclusion, I would like to thank once again the entire hotel team - the chef, his brother and all the staff! ! ! ! ! So my wife and I lost our room when settling did not want to change.
