All of the following is solely my personal opinion. Thanks: )
Were in the hotel with a young man from 8 to 14 October 2020.
The STAFF at the hotel is friendly and helpful, which cannot be said about the employees of the Sultan hotel beach. On the first day they put us on a double sunbed, the next day they said that now it costs five dollars a day. In the beach hotel cafe Sultan, I ordered pasta carbonara, they brought Bolognese (the cost of the first is more expensive than the second). The check was brought with the price of carbonara.
On another day, she asked for a bottle of cola, which cost $1.50. They gave 2 Turkish liras from my 2 dollars in change. A trifle, but still disgusting : (
It’s really not far to go from the hotel to the beach, the downside was that along the whole way there is a very unpleasant smell from open garbage containers heated by the sun, of which there are plenty.

ABOUT THE ROOM, unfortunately, I can not say anything good. Since the hotel itself is small (the doors of the rooms face the inside of the hotel, i. e. to the bar, pool, restaurant and reception at the same time), the music in the evenings was hammering from both sides, so it was impossible to fall asleep until it was turned off.
We told the travel agency in advance that we needed a room with a double bed. We ended up staying in a standard room and sleeping in twin beds pushed together for a week. Unpleasant.
The beds themselves are sooo hard (my back reminded me of this every morning) and somehow short. With my height of 175 cm, it was impossible to sleep like a soldier, my legs hung from the bed. Again unpleasant. By the way, they have no blankets, only bedspreads. As a person accustomed to sleeping not under a thin sheet, this made me sad.
Cabinets, drawers, bedside tables, doors - everything creaked terribly when opened and closed, so getting ready and leaving the room without waking up the person living with you is unrealistic.
The shower is a different story. I did not want to touch it once again, since the entire shower stall, like the shower itself, was in black and green mold. Personally, I have never washed barefoot in the shower, always in flip flops. I really did not want to bring a fungus from vacation.
Non-smokers will have a hard time here, because when someone smoked on a neighboring balcony or under our balcony, it stank all over our room.
PRO FOOD. What can I say, we did not die of hunger, and no one, I think, will die. But if for breakfast you want something other than bagels and incomprehensible dough, and for lunch and dinner, not only rice and chicken every day, then it is better to look for another hotel.
PRO BAR, and in particular about the bartender, who very brazenly tried to give us a drink. We don't drink alcohol at all, well, we just don't like it, that's all. In order to get something non-alcoholic, we had to emphasize the absence of alcohol every time. The bartender turned out to be a joker and ignored our request more than once, so we had to sniff and taste a cocktail constantly, without leaving the counter, checking whether he had poured some kind of alcoholic muck again.

ABOUT THE GOOD: the sea is warm and clean, I didn’t want to get out) the weather was wonderful, moderately hot in the morning and afternoon, fresh in the evening, but not cold.
In general, for especially unpretentious people, this hotel can be considered as an option. But personally, I don't want to go back there.
Thanks for attention: )
