We went on vacation in July 2022. Where? the apartment is neglected, in need of major renovation. The rooms have broken furniture, poor rusty plumbing and shower cabins. Even at the parade entrance, there are battered and broken stone lions, neglect is felt throughout the area, everything is crumbling and crumbling. We were surprised by the stinginess of the owner - we wanted to take cola to the room in a larger container, so we poured several plastic glasses into a larger bottle. The owner approached and told me not to do that. The food is not tasty, often there is nothing to choose. All inclusive does not attract any strong drink, only beer (quite tasty) and tasteless sour wine. The staff is normal, quite helpful. There is quite a good hammam in Russia. At most we would give two stars.
