The hotel rooms are creepy, run down and dirty. We chose from 4 rooms and chose a more or less normal one, although everything was broken in this one, the toilet seat was broken, the bathroom and faucets were rusty. The door to the balcony does not close. The carpet is covered in some kind of incomprehensible spots, horror! In the corridors, the floor is in the same spots. And it's scary to imagine what's going on in Anex in standard rooms.

I took the fish twice and both times it smelled of something spoiled, the first time I didn’t even immediately understand that this smell was coming from my plate, only when I sat down at the table I realized where this smell was coming from. From a la meat, there were cutlets of unknown origin and sometimes they gave pieces of chicken, but in the bowl of her bones with pieces of meat there were a lot of greens and vegetables, they ate only her, it was difficult to find another edible one. The greenery was poorly washed, had traces of the soil in which it grew. The potatoes were baked with the peel also not washed, there was earth on the peel. The plates are really greasy, apparently it’s not customary to wash anything in this hotel... In the mornings, for some reason, the staff basically closed the main door to the dining room that opens onto the terrace, people who wanted to have breakfast in the fresh air had to bypass the floor of the hotel. But for lunch and dinner, the doors were opened, which is not clear logic.
At the bar, the staff is arrogant and boorish, they drank there with local friends that they came to drink for free at the bar, then with the authorities. I often saw a picture of vacationers coming up to the bar to order, and the bartender basically does not pay any attention to the one who came up, first pours beer for his friends, prepares tea or coffee for his chef, takes him to a separate table and only then serves the vacationer. Very arrogant and rude attitude towards guests. Poured into plastic cups of 50 ml and then half. Of the alcoholic only beer and really sour wine, it's tough!! ! And this is a 4-star hotel : )) it is far from the motel. . .

The beach is as untidy as the hotel itself, the territory is very small, we were in mid-October and there weren’t enough places that it’s hard to imagine there during the peak season. I was in budget 3 in Turkey... many times better than this Grand DeriMa. For the price, the hotel is not so cheap, it would be better to choose another hotel, for its price category you can find hotels much better.
