It was my first trip to foreign countries and to Turkey. I did not know what to prepare for, how they would meet, accommodate and. etc. The three of us went. Nobody has been to Turkey before. Initially, we focused on 4-star hotels, since 3 seems to be small, and five should be expensive. Travel agency Riviera-Intourist, as one of the largest and most famous, and the office was not far from home. The office chose the city of Kemer, for the beautiful mountains around. The hotel, for a huge swimming pool, a fairly landscaped area, a large, beautiful building, and the price for 5 stars pleasantly surprised - it's decided! When I got home, I read reviews on the Internet - different reviews. Some liked it, some didn't. The host was Wings. Upon arrival, it turned out that we were worried in vain - the whole meeting process was perfectly organized - a person with a sign of a travel agency - a bus distribution desk - a bus with a guide.
On the way to the hotel, they told us all the necessary information, answered our questions, and the hotel helped us fill in the registration cards. We immediately had breakfast and got our room key cards. Checked in before 12:00. Then we met with the hotel guide, we were told in detail about the possible excursions and accommodation at the hotel. Everything is in Russian. Most of the staff speaks Russian, in extreme cases, you can say a few words in English - not critical, the same on the street - in shops, transport, excursions. Our rooms were on the first residential floor with balconies, in fact it was the third floor from the sea and the second from the city. Although land-view, but from the balcony I could look to the right at the sea and on the left a view of the mountains. Balcony - 3.5 by 1.5 meters with chairs, lighting and towel rack.
The room is large, my single, with a huge, comfortable, flat and moderately hard double bed, a TV with more than 20 satellite channels. Russian - ORT and Russia, in English - Euronews, BBC, FTV, in German - a block of German channels, also Turkish, Polish. The room has a telephone, mini-fridge, hairdryer, free safe, very convenient. I read in the reviews about the uncomfortable central air conditioner - I don’t know, it seemed convenient and generally individual, since the remote control from it is on the wall in the room - set whatever temperature you want, blowing speed. I turned it on once - to see how it works, I didn’t need it anymore. A reed switch is built into the balcony door - if you open it, the condo turns off. Large bathroom with bathtub and shower. Includes small bottles of shampoo, soap, towels. All plumbing is working. There is hot water. They write about poor water drainage.

There is such a thing, if the water pressure is very strong, but even then, it’s not like standing knee-deep in the water, but only a centimeter and a half. It seemed to me that the drain pipes are simply thinner than ours. The light bulbs in the hotel and on the streets are energy-saving, there are even LED ones. They also complain about the poor performance of magnetic keys. The card must be inserted and then removed. Works at the moment of taking out. At first I also thought that it should open when a card is inserted. Entering the room, the key must be inserted into a special card reader, then the power to the electrical consumers in the room is turned on. When leaving, take the card with you, the light will turn off by itself. There is carpeting in the room and on the floors, yes, washed out stains are visible in places, but overall it is clean. Towels and bed linen were changed periodically, the room was cleaned. They brought bottled water. Liked the food too. A la carte restaurants on the second floor did not work, we did not need to.
Shared restaurant on the ground floor. Food of various heaps - a buffet - a number of hot dishes, side dishes, separately soups, several racks with cakes, pastries, pastries, various salads, jams, tables with chopped and peeled watermelons, melons, oranges, apples, grapes. Juice and coffee vending machines. Bar counters where you can ask for wine, beer, cola sprite, etc. etc. As for the monotony - they didn’t try a part of what was offered in a week, just don’t eat so much. Dishes are clean. There are a lot of waiters, the tables are cleared quickly. (turn away and there are no more plates: ) Tables for 2.4, 6 people. There are highchairs for babies with a table, wheelchairs. There are not very many sun loungers, but there was no problem finding a place for yourself, the beach is not separated by fences. The beach is small-pebbly, it is convenient to walk on it. The water is clean, very salty - it hurts the eyes out of habit. At 4 meters from the shore, you can’t reach the bottom with your feet. No algae mussel stones on the bottom.
In the evening, fish walk in schools and jump out of the water. You can play volleyball on the beach. Jet skis, boats, parachuting, banana, cheesecakes for a fee. On rainy days we swam in the indoor pool and went to the sauna. The indoor pool is also big. There is a small drawback - either there are few lockers in the sauna locker room, or they want money for them. We got out of the situation by the fact that while someone is in the sauna, the other swims in the pool and guards things and vice versa.
The city has several parks, a lot of shops and travel agencies. Russian is spoken everywhere. Tours are quite safe to buy there. Air-conditioned buses, drivers drive carefully. We went by cable car to Mount Tahtala, it is better to go in the morning, in the afternoon the peak is in the clouds. Loved the diving. Club Octopus. We took two dives, on the first one we filmed everyone on a photo and video, the second dive was even more interesting. The organization of diving, qualitatively, safety was clearly provided.

There are two instructors for four people in a group - one in front-bottom, the second behind-top. Between dives, lunch and change of boat parking. Then we were given certificates of completed dives and we could buy a disc with photos and fideos. Photos of the hotel on the Internet are true. The two-story houses in the photo to the left and right of the large building are already other hotels. The advantage of the restaurant in the main building is that you do not have to run anywhere in the rain. On the day before departure, they called us and told us the time when they would wake us up, feed us breakfast, and when the bus would pick us up to the airport. On the bus, the guide told us the order of registration at the airport and the numbers of our check-in counters. I was very pleased with the trip and the hotel, many thanks to everyone!
