They specially booked a terrace so that it was possible to put a child in a stroller on the street to sleep and to run around the lawn. From the 5th time of contacting the reception desk (it took about 3-4 hours), they brought a child. crib. That is, an arena, walls made of oilcloth, in a fine mesh, a soft mattress. Parallel probably. The furniture in the room is all old, a layer of dust between the mattress and the free-standing "frame" of the bed. It's hard to call it a bed. It's just a wooden frame with a mattress on it. Here is a bed. For some reason, there is only one bedside table. The mirrors have not been wiped for a long time. The room smells of cigarettes and dampness. The closet is very uncomfortable. No shelves, nowhere to put things. In the closet, things can only be hung on hangers. In the bathroom, the ceiling is covered in drips, there is black mold on the walls in the seams between the tiles, there are NO curtains. Instead of a curtain, a glass partition half the width of the bathtub opens back and forth. Bought - immediately water flowed through the crack on the floor, looked back and forth - instantly black marks, dirt. I had to wipe it with a white towel that is placed on the floor near the bath. The cleaning lady came the next day. Changed the towels and threw out the garbage. Everything... Then I called her and asked her to wash the floor. Here's some cleaning. The neighbor also caught this maid. He says he takes the tip and does nothing. The next day they didn't even come to clean it. Even though we called reception at 5pm. After swearing and going to the reception desk, they sent us a fight at 7 pm to clean and change towels! In short, the service is terrible. The cleaning service is terrible! In the bathroom, after taking a shower, a puddle of water flowed right up to the toilet. They told the gestrelation girls, they sent a plumber the next day, he smeared the bathtub with silicone. We breathed silicone for 2 days and it still flowed. I started asking the guest station why someone didn’t come to clean and change towels, she called the head of the maids, she answered because the child was sleeping. and she didn’t ask us anything. We agreed that they would clean up until 2 days. Because the baby sleeps from 2-4. So on the same day they came at exactly 2 o’clock to clean up when I was putting my daughter to bed. I look at them as crazy. They started calling the gesrolation by phone, because they don't know English. Yaz. We agreed that they would come at 4. No one came to clean up at 4. When again I called the guest house, then somewhere around 5 pm they came to clean up.
The hotel manager said that we can change the hotel to another one or change the room. The next day we went to look at the numbers. But the proposed rooms were close to the road and there was noise from cars, we looked in another one a little further from the road and in the bathroom we saw the same thing as ours. A puddle of water, black towels on the floor. We stayed in our room. The whole hotel is in such a situation, everyone is leaking, many complained. The food is monotonous, especially the breakfasts are the same every day, the queue is 5-7 people for scrambled eggs. What is left for breakfast is left for brunch. For dinner we often went to the nearby hotel LA Mer. Through one hotel. It was possible to visit the restaurant pools and the beach, the bracelets are the same. There dinners were better. For all 10 days they never gave seafood. Mainly fried mackerel, kebab, grilled chicken, rice, potatoes. There are no teaspoons in the restaurant. And no linen napkins. It is impossible for a child to cook porridge in the microwave, the water flows out of the bowl when it boils and nothing remains. On the 3rd day, I myself went to the kitchen to cook, sometimes the cooks cooked porridge for the child. So take instant cereals with you. There is no hot milk for breakfast, only cold milk. And porridge tasteless, oversweetened. It is impossible to eat them. The same terribly salty cheeses, cut into different pieces, visually it seems that there are a lot of types, but when they tried everything, it turned out that many were the same.

The air conditioners do not work in the restaurant, it was very hot, the child was sweating on a chair made of oilcloth, it was not possible to sit on the street from all sides. Non-smoking area only in the restaurant building! There are flies, and there are flies flying in the street, you need to cover the food with a napkin if you want to move away for something else. If you want to take supplements, then someone should stay at the table, because there were cases when the waiter took away what I left on the table. Or tell him that you haven’t eaten yet, so as not to clean it up. In bars, glasses are glass with lipstick. She asked me to wash it, so she washed it with her hands and rubbed it all, there is no sponge or detergent. In general, all glasses are washed simply under running water, like we used to have soda machines, here they have the same device.
There are many cats walking around the area. On the territory of the neighboring hotel (it is for the French), roosters walk and bawl from early morning. Our bungalow was next to the fence of the neighboring French. Hotel. There, during a child's sleep (after dinner), a tractor drove and roared like a jet plane! There were cars driving people with suitcases. And most importantly, disco music blared. Boom-boom until two or three in the morning. Even the windows of the neighbors rattled at night. The first 3 nights it was impossible to sleep at all. And then we got used to it a little. But it still bothered me a lot. You can't change beach towels whenever you want. Towels are not provided on the beach. Issued at the spa in the basement. You have to go down the stairs. And they give out only from 9 to 12 in the morning, you can’t change them to dry ones during the day. You need to take them in the evening before 18-00. They also take 2 or 3 hours. There are no free sunbeds on the beach after 9 am. It is necessary to run to borrow at 7. Dear Russians, you can take sunbeds in the sun and in the shade and by the pool. They don't show up at all during the day. You walk and look for a place - where to stumble, the beach is half empty, and there are towels or things on the sunbeds. In the sand near the sun loungers, no one cleans the sand, it is full of cigarette butts, although there are trash cans everywhere. On the beach, they offer shopping trips, massages, etc. You can't sleep well, it's noisy. There is a rusty building near the pier in the water and, parallel to the shore, there are stones in the water or there used to be a pier. In short, you sail about 20 meters from the shore and you can catch your feet on thorny stones. Mussels on the rocks, so you can cut yourself. I got off with scratches on my knees. You can catch on with your stomach, it’s very small there. On the beach and in the water there are huge cobblestones mixed with small ones. It is very difficult to get out of the water, you need a specialist. shoes! And children too! It hurts my legs a lot. And if you still carry a valuable load of 15 kg! The entrance to the sea is generally not very convenient, you have to go far so that it is waist-deep. Many came in and immediately plopped down on their stomachs and swam into the depths, because it hurts to walk on cobblestones. There is only one sector with access to the water. There is another sector, but you can’t go into the water there - only through the pontoon along the stairs.
The animation is very active. There is no quiet time in the hotel. At half the 3rd day, the animator near the pool yells into the microphone, calls people to all sorts of events. So the child in the stroller did not manage to sleep on the street. Everything is heard. In the afternoon, at lunchtime, they begin to mow the lawns. 3 times I asked the lawn mower on the fingers to mow the lawns away from our bungalow. During the day, you can hear animation from different sides of the territory. I had to close the door to the room and put my daughter to bed only in the room. And of course with the A/C on. Since there was nothing to breathe, it was very hot. And at night they also slept with air conditioning. Lots of mosquitoes. They went bitten, although the fumigator from mosquitoes burned all night.
On Fridays, the market is open. 10min by bus 1 person - 1 dollar. There you can buy everything in stores near hotels, 2 times cheaper.
