Отель ужасный The hotel is terrible

This is the most terrible hotel, everything is very dirty, despite the fact that the hotel is very old and there has been no renovation for a long time, they can’t even clean the rooms. We arrived at this hotel and were very disappointed, it is not a budget 5, I can’t even understand why such a hotel should be sold and advised to people. It's terribly dirty, it stinks because mold is everywhere. We arrived at this hotel, they offered us a better room for a fee, we refused, they specially put us in a room next to a trash can, the bed was dirty and stained, there was dust everywhere, old furniture, the stench of mold. No one dies in the elevator. We had to pay 50€ for a bungalow, since it was not possible to stay in the room. The bungalows look better, but no one cleans them, the beds are not changed, the floors are not washed. I have repeatedly asked the staff at the reception to ask that no one cares about cleaning, they are just waiting for money, but there is nothing to pay for there at all.
Travel agents recommend this hotel as a budget hotel, I have a question for them, would you be able to stay there yourself? Why recommend this hotel to people if the price does not correspond to the quality and service. Just because it is the first line and a beautiful area? Where do people sleep? It's impossible to stay in the room because of the stench. This hotel needs to be added to the blacklist. Since it is hazardous to health, there is mold there. Travel agents and guides don’t care, they answer by reading reviews, so why sell this hotel again? People fly to the sea, spend their last money, hope to at least have a normal rest, but find themselves in conditions of surviving at any cost in such conditions. I asked the guide why are you selling this hotel if it’s terrible here, the answer shocked me, yes it’s terrible here, but the territory is beautiful and the first line, so we need to sleep and relax on the street because that’s the only plus.
The food is monotonous, you won’t go hungry, but there isn’t enough food for everyone. The dishes are dirty and stained. The staff is terrible and so is the hotel. I don’t recommend going there if you don’t want to ruin your vacation, and I ask the tour operators to blacklist this hotel and not advise people to go there. First, go check it out yourself, and then give advice.
