Why did you choose this hotel? Because I rested in it twice in October 2019. And I consider the review of JAH not only not fair, but simply far-fetched. I explain why.
Price quality.
One of the budget hotels in the center of Kemer. A tour for 400 euros for two cannot meet all our requirements. From the word in general!
The tourist always has a choice, hotels of different levels of service. Add the same amount and relax in Kemer Dream or Rocks Royal. But there are also disadvantages.
Check-in, room, cleaning.
I rested in building A to 308 and building C to 207 and 307. It is clear that the room is newer and more spacious in building A. This time we arrived at the hotel after 20:00. Ugur at the reception immediately sent to the dining room, as dinner until 21 pm.
Things were taken to C 207, promising to be moved to building A in the morning. In the morning, 4 rooms on the 3rd floor were vacated in it. After breakfast, I went to the reception, there was a gray-haired man, I don’t know his name, he was not very polite. To my words that Ugur promised to move us to the 3rd floor to A, he replied that he didn’t know anything, he was the main one here and many guests arrived. Thus, new arrivals were settled in the promised room).
I was a little upset, but when the next day we were nevertheless offered to move, we decided to stay in building C. Why? Firstly, it's quiet there, and secondly, well, a very beautiful pool) And since the heat was up to 39 in the afternoon, we cooled there after lunch.
Cleaning... Communicating with tourists from other hotels, I realized that this is a problem) I left a dollar on the bed, did a wet cleaning, added detergent, paper. 2 or 3 times in 7 days. That's all. Such cleaning did not affect my good mood in any way)
I did not look for mold in the corners, so I did not find it. Haven't met cockroaches
