The hotel is built right in an old grove, the houses are covered with tall trees. The whole area is built up with houses. This is not a park, there are no alleys, and places for walking. There are only narrow passages between the houses.
The sun does not fall into these passages, plus twice a day they water the territory and the walls of the houses. Therefore, on a sunny day, the temperature inside the hotel is lower than the temperature outside the hotel in the shade - by 5 degrees. On a windy day, you will not feel the breeze between the houses. In the hotel, in the rooms, especially on the first floor, a strange, humid, painful microclimate has formed.

Children's corner - did not like. For a hundred children in the hotel there is a small nook with 2 swings and one slide.

For adults, the hotel is good, there were no cockroaches;
the room below us (on the first floor) (of a Croat family) was dark and damp;

food in the dining room - a feast of the stomach (there are dietary dishes, and there are peppered ones, live yogurt for breakfast - if you want to eat like this or add sugar jam, for lunch and dinner every day at least 2 types of chicken, fish and meat, several times a week there is lamb... ;
for free ice cream, people with children arrange a queue, but this can be overcome - you just have to not get up from your chair until the children are satisfied and then come up and get ice cream without a queue;
they cleaned the room every day, and it was clean, with soap and shampoo, toilet paper was simply filled up - as a result, they began to put it in a closet so as not to interfere;
water in the minibar was given without restrictions;
most of the animation is Russian-speaking, plus the entire program of animators from morning to evening takes into account the predominance of Russian tourists;
the administration tightly controls the work of both servants and animators, just a little - "on the air";
there are ceramic bins on the beach for cigarette butts, Russo tourists are too lazy to throw garbage into the bin - this is in any hotel in any resort in any country;
