Upon arrival at the Ttua Hotel Beldibi we were accommodated in room 02.07. 2019, which did not meet the requirements stated by us when buying the tour. In the room everything was moldy, dirty floor, on the walls and in the room and in the shower everything was in the fungus "photos are attached" dirty beds, broken window in the bathroom and not closed in the room was a mass of mosquitoes and flies. Missing in the room and the phone and hair dryer in the shower as stated in the room. The room had an unpleasant smell of fungus.
Meals at the hotel did not meet at least some level, there were no drinks, as stated, the requirement to provide something to be included in the list of hotel concept and services was only a curse from the hotel reception.
The concept of the hotel and the list of services provided were not provided to me or to the representatives of the tour operator "TUI" at the hotel.
Also, the information about sunbeds on an umbrella by the sea on its own beach was not true, there is simply no beach (no beach, no umbrellas, no sunbeds).
Separately, I want to pay attention to the food, which is just awful, in the heat of 40 degrees served salads with mayonnaise (photos attached) tasting a holiday would not be at sea but in the hospital. From drinks only two types of juices and mineral water, from alcoholic beverages wine of own production, bottles even without excise duty and it all proudly name 3 *, last year the hotel was renamed and from boarding house left 3 *
