Unfriendly staff, except for the maids who cleaned every day, changed towels every day, albeit gray instead of white, greeted and smiled. The room was lucky for a present in the passport, on the 4th floor with a view of the sea and mountains and a well-functioning air conditioner. Air conditioning in the lobby does not work at all. The internet is very bad. Meals in the main restaurant are a separate issue altogether, because I didn’t want to go there at all, there was a constant struggle for food. If you don’t come to the opening, there’s nothing to eat later, and if you arrive on time, then you have to jostle among vacationers, 98% of whom are Russian-speaking, to put it mildly, uncultured cattle, I won’t indicate nationality according to ethical standards. I got the impression that maybe the staff, as a response, behaves so unkindly, because they see who they are dealing with. I treat Turks very well, because they behave in a more civilized manner and know how to work. From the positive aspects of the hotel: a very good location, because the hotel is located between the mountains and the sea, the view on the beach is amazing. There are enough sun loungers on the beach, but there are very few mattresses. Cleaning of the beach is purely conditional. Probably the concept of the hotel is to attract more vacationers for a low price, but they don't care about reviews. In order to somehow relax and unwind, I visited the spa. He exceeded all expectations, peeling and massage are done there for a low fee, very high quality. In other hotels in Turkey, such a cool massage has never been done. There is good shopping across the road from the hotel, Mustafa has high-quality textiles right in front of the hotel, the prices are very pleasant, the quality is super. The result of the holiday: the sea, mountains and massage at the hotel allowed us to relax, as well as good excursions to Mount Olympos by cable car, an aquarium with a snow room and EXPO 2016.
