Rested in this hotel from 20 to 30 September 2008. I will say right away - they literally chose without looking, because they were very limited in time and money. We chose this hotel because in our situation there was no other choice....But when I looked at the reviews of the hotel on the internet... mama-mia, what did you get yourself into? Although I think it's okay. I rested so much in Soviet camps that I got used to everything.
Our operator in St. Petersburg was VERSA, in Turkey Odeon-Tour. As for the operator, I’ll say right away - NO complaints. We met perfectly, the bus guide crackled all the way, talking about Turkey and all the nuances of the stay. And in everything else, there were no problems in interaction with the operator. Everything worked 100%.
Well, so, about the hotel. I understand that three stars is not five stars or four, but still... Everything that is written about the hotel on the Internet is bad, unfortunately, it is true.

Firstly, as soon as our bus guide left us with our suitcases at the reception and left, the administrator Ildar told us that there were no places in the hotel for that night and we would be taken to another hotel for the time being (I, a fool, read about this in the reviews, but I I didn't think it would happen to me (! ). . naive). We didn’t even have time to come to our senses, as we, together with our suitcases, were loaded into a car and taken in an unknown direction. Night... scary....As a result, we were brought to some incomprehensible hotel, where no one spoke either Russian or English. The administrator said that he would come tomorrow morning and screwed.
The next morning he arrived, said that now we will go to our hotel to meet our hotel guide, and then....we will return to this hotel again. Here we have already rebelled as it should. They expressed everything that had accumulated during the night. As a result, we were again taken with our suitcases to our hotel.
They met with the guide, complained to him. He assured that in any case, we would not have been left there for the second night (he probably lied). But it seems to me that the hotel administration got a little (or not a little) from the guide, because for several days Ildar slightly bullied us. And we politely bychili in response.
Settled. The number is like a number. Two beds, air conditioning, no balcony. TV, wardrobe, bedside tables. Shower like a shower. Removed in a day. Dust is not wiped at all. I left a tip for cleaning only on the first day. But since the cleaning was not very good, I decided not to leave a tip anymore. So they didn't work either.
Food… hmm…. Cucumbers and tomatoes separately, cucumbers, tomatoes and onions, cucumbers and tomatoes in sour cream. Pasta with sauces, incomprehensible soy meat and that's it. There are no desserts. In short, no variety.
We went to the beach of another hotel. We were not provided with towels or sun loungers. They lay on towels. Walk to the beach is not far, 5-7 minutes.
By the way, the staff, except for the owner of the hotel and the administrator, does not speak Russian. In English too.
The hotel rests mainly, only Russian tourists.
But in conclusion, I will say that our vacation was still not spoiled. Turkey is a wonderful country. And Kemer is a delightful resort. Stunning mountains, crazy greenery, palm trees. Clean, clean sea. By the way, the pebbles on the beach are very small, which does not make it difficult to enter the sea at all. The main thing is to go with a positive attitude. Stand up for your rights and everything will be fine.
