Hotel ratings by criteria:
5. Beach. The beach is not 100m as stated in the description, but 400m from the hotel. It is an area about 10 meters wide, fenced off with ropes from the public beach. 10 sun loungers and four umbrellas for all hotel guests. The territory is not cleaned, newspapers and plastic bags float in the water. There is no bar and toilet, for this reason, visiting the beach, especially with children, becomes problematic. The beach is pebbly, it’s impossible to lie on sunbeds, so the first few “lucky ones” who managed to take sunbeds rest on the sea.
6. Bar. The only bar located on the territory of the hotel should be noted separately. Firstly, this is the lack of an assortment corresponding to a 3 * hotel. Of the soft drinks, there was ordinary water and water diluted with a concentrate from economy in such a concentration that the taste was absent. There was only color. There were no refrigeration units for cola and fanta in the bar itself. They were brought from a nearby store, which probably also lacked a refrigerator. Therefore, in the 40-degree heat, we simply had to drink warm cola. The ice was only the first 1.5-2 hours from the moment of opening. But after 22 hours he suddenly appeared. But this was not enough for the owners of the hotel. Apparently, to test us for survival, the drinks also ran out quickly enough. The bartender periodically went to a nearby store to replenish supplies. And so several times during the day.
The most interesting moment: the bartender's lunch coincided with the beginning of lunch at the hotel. Therefore, if you wanted to get a glass of beer or drinks, taking your lunch, you had to wait for this for 20 minutes. The bartender's service was over the top. It seemed that he did not hear you or did not want to hear. Having received an order from you, he could suddenly move to other customers and serve them. Then he returned to you with a look as if seeing you for the first time. He could go about his own business without paying any attention to the tourists, read the newspaper or chat with colleagues and his many friends. He could start a long dialogue with the girl he liked, completely ignoring the customers standing at the counter.

If you approached at 21.45, be prepared to be ignored for 15 minutes, at exactly 22 o'clock they will show the clock and report that now you will have to pay for drinks. On the very first day of their arrival, they were told that he would not let go of more than 2 glasses of any drink in one hand. Only the intervention of the administrator allowed to correct the situation. Children especially suffered. He did not pour more than half a glass for them, citing the fact that they are still small. It was especially fun during the afternoon snack, when half-starved tourists (read about this in the food section) tried to take not very high-quality cookies on a plate (this is the only thing that was served in the afternoon snack). The bartender kept a close eye on who took how much, and if, according to his criteria, someone took more than expected, he simply removed the tray, saying that the rest should also be left.
Washing dishes left us in complete shock. This was done by the same bartender, and he could do it when there was a queue at the counter waiting for drinks. He washed the dishes in the dirty sink with a dirty rag. , and not each glass separately, but on top of each other. After observing this picture, the desire to drink disappeared altogether.
7. Restaurant. Usually, even in 3 * hotels, an open area for eating on the street is supposed. But the enterprising new owner of the hotel put up a store on the site of the former site with a canopy, which occupies a significant part of the already small area.
The tables, however, are on the street, but there are no umbrellas over them, so there are no people who want to sit under the hot sun in the unbearable heat. You have to dine indoors in the restaurant, where there are no air conditioners.
To bring drinks for dinner, you have to leave the hotel, go to the bar and then return to the restaurant with drinks, if you are lucky enough to find a bartender in place or without them, if he suddenly wanted to go for lunch too. Three days before our departure at the hotel, part of the tables from the dining room were moved to the street. So, during the cleaning of dishes from the tables by the staff, cats climbed onto the table and ate the leftover food, we even managed to photograph one. (see photo)
8. Services. When we turned to the administrator with a request to take our laundry for a very long time, he was looking for a price tag for these services in the papers. Not finding them, he advised us to find the only maid in the hotel, ask her to wash and iron things, find out the price and inform him of the results of the negotiations.
9. Nutrition. The lack of acceptable nutrition, I would like to especially note.

The all-inclusive system at the hotel combined not fresh, monotonous food, of poor quality. For breakfast, for example, for 14 days we saw only boiled eggs, soy sausages, poorly washed, fermented tomatoes, sometimes 6 types of jam and corn flakes with milk.
But that wasn't the worst. The all-inclusive selection (buffet) offered us: constantly undercooked rice, pasta and lightly peeled, chopped and baked potatoes in the oven. This is hot food. Moreover, they remained hot for a very short time, since the heating system for these trays was not turned on even once. If you came to dine an hour after the start, you could forget about the hot one.
Next were the so-called salads, an unimaginable mess of completely incompatible products, for example, rice and cabbage, rice and green peas, rice mixed with tomato paste, pasta with beans, seasoned with mayonnaise. But the worst thing is that these dishes were served to us for lunch and dinner for several days. It was impossible to approach the table from the "flavor" that these dishes exuded.
There was no meat or fish at all! From vegetables, poorly washed, fermented tomatoes and weathered cucumbers. Since no one wanted to eat them either, the staff did not throw them away, but put them on the table every day. You could forget about fruits. Served only as not very fresh watermelon.
Sauce and mayonnaise were taken out only when the tourists insisted on it. A small bowl of mayonnaise and the same ketchup were carried out throughout the hotel. Moreover, the remark was immediately made that it was not necessary to take a lot, there were a lot of people and it was necessary that everyone had enough.

It was especially a pity for small children who had absolutely nothing to eat. And there is nowhere to buy food, there are no food in stores. The mothers of the kids just sobbed from hopelessness. That is, the food was such that I had to eat in a nearby cafe, where prices were quite high. Many did not have the opportunity to eat there. There was a choice: either eat spoiled food or remain hungry. For 2 weeks there were 2 poisonings, exacerbation of gastritis. Even visually it was noticeable that many lost weight. When we called the administrator and offered him to try the dish, obviously sour, from which there was a disgusting smell, he simply took it and carried it away. We tried more than once to urge the hotel administration to treat us with due respect and not to feed us with slop. To which we were told that the new hostess does not allocate money for the purchase of products, so we have to put up what was on the previous days. We never saw food being brought to the hotel. And we also never felt the smell of delicious food so familiar in Turkish hotels. Even the street smelled of spoiled food and rotten eggs.
